The Sensory trim model offers excellent amenities and comfort options. A very quiet and smooth ride not lacking of power. The electronics are simple to learn and easy to use.

I went to the dealership over the weekend, after checking the website and calling to make sure the truck was still available. I arrived during a busy time and my time at the dealership felt very comfortable. The truck was in good shape. About an hour later, i drove off the lot with a full tank a gas and a washed truck. i never felt pressured and the atmosphere was very friendly.

Drove nissans and Toyota my whole life..I was looking for an armada but got the luxury version instead which is the QX80. Very luxurious in and out my only gripe was the infotainment which is severely outdated with no android auto or Apple car play. still this big girl has plenty of power and the V8 is intoxicating lol which I'm loving. THIS truck isn't meant for fuel economy, if you want that, get a hybrid. Very reliable and luxurious. Hermosa Blue is plainly gorgeous for this truck.

I'm not a fan of car shopping usually it ends up being a pressure sale, with Jackie it was more like shopping with a friend. she worked within my budget and went above and beyond right down to finding me the exact interior and exterior color.

Love the body design, the interior is comfortable. However the technology could be more updated. Car is very reliable it does 26 GPM on the highway, engine is very powerful.

Strengths **Styling**: The QX80 features elegant exterior and interior design that outshines most competitors. The Navigator's redesign was disappointing, while the Wagoneer lacks refinement. Only the Escalade matches its presence, though with a more aggressive look. **Value**: Infiniti's current market position creates pricing advantages. Feature-for-feature, the QX80 is thousands less than competitors across all trims. **Powertrain**: The twin-turbo 3.5L V6 delivers smooth power through a 9-speed transmission. I'm averaging 20-21 mpg in mixed driving (better than EPA estimates), though it requires premium fuel. **Comfort**: Ride quality and noise isolation are excellent for a body-on-frame vehicle. The air suspension mitigates most harshness from the 22" wheels. **Handling**: It drives more like a midsize SUV, handling mountain roads with unexpected confidence. Only the pricier Escalade V offers better dynamics. **Space**: Dimensions match standard Navigator and Escalade while exceeding the Lexus LX. Came to this dealership to buy a Chevy volt and had the most cared for service. Got to test drive the vehicle and check everything in my own time. There was no rush from the sales man and was even able to schedule an appointment last minute. Which was a huge help since I am coming from the Santa Monica Area. I bought mine in 2012 with 156,200 miles. I did regular maintenance oil changes, tires, etc. Had to replace an alternator in Jan of 2022. I loved my car until I was hit by 2 cars a pile up on garden of the gods rd in Colorado Springs, CO. Some 18 year old idiot and the person behind him hit me. No injuries to me other than a little neck pain. He just totalled my car July 3rd, 2023. It was going strong with 246,980 miles. I wasn't planning on ever getting rid of it. It looked as good as the day I bought it. The best $6000 dollars I've ever spent. Still dealing with his insurance. It's a good thing he was driving the company van. He totalled the 2017 Toyota Sienna. A total piece of s.......t in my book. Not built very well. The front was all smashed in. Oil and fluid everywhere. My bumper saved me. He hit me with such force that he bent the frame. That's the only reason why I can't get it fixed. I will be keeping this one for parts and eventually buying another one. Oh, mine is still drivable we just cut off the bumper because it was rubbing against the tires. NO MECHANICAL PROBLEMS WHAT SO EVER. Drives as good as ever. Just doesn't look pretty. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND BUYING THIS CAR CAN'T SING ENOUGH HIGH PRAISES ABOUT IT.

I have a 2023 brand new off show room floor an my windshield has been leaking water from outside when it rains extremely hard outside had to take it back within 1 month of having it an they kept it for 70 + they replaced the windshield only for it to happen this year again this is not a good look for infiniti the service department say my car is the 5th car to have issues with water leaking from windshield
