After posting my negative review and experience I recieved a call from the dealership GM and service manager. He asked for more details about what happened and reviewed the history on the service record. They were genuinly concerned and after our discussion asked if I would send the invoice for the repair that was done by the outside service center. The following day they called me again and agreed to credit me the full amount of the work that was done.
Great example of turning a negative into a positive.....I appreciate their standing by their dealership and doing the right thing.
It’s almost a year since I have been driving my Range Rover Evoque . This vehicle is very reliable and good on gas. It’s a strong vehicle but elegant at the same time . The vehicle speaks for itself . I am very grateful to Richard Cohen from Land Rover in Huntington because he has been amazing from day one when I sat at his desk going over different vehicles until I walked out the door with the keys to my vehicle . My experience with Land Rover in Huntinton Long Island has been wonderful . From day one the staff was very professional . Richard was assigned to me by the receptionist at Land Rover and from the minute he became my sales man he made sure that I got everything I was looking for in my vehicle and then some . He went above and beyond to provide great service for me and he still does which is why I would recommend Richard Cohen and Land Rover in Huntington to every one without hesitation.
I live in Fairfield, and had a horrible experience with the dealer there. I went to Darien, and was so impressed with Kristina Young and the team there that I purchased my car there. Thank you Kristina for a fantastic experience, and thank you LRD for incredible service!

Every dealership from around the area should take a page out from Land Rover Darien's book on how to conduct business with its customers. We had a great buying as well as service experience at Land Rover Darien. Brandon and his team were great in helping us make our decision by being transparent and forthcoming. They addressed ALL of our questions and concerns upfront and with a subsequent follow-up. Highly recommend to anyone looking to purchase a new or used Land Rover!
One of the best service departments in the states. The manager for repairs is stop notch personally greeting me every time I have stopped by for service. I Noticed this trait with all customers . Super professional staff
Recently purchased a 2013 Lexus GS450h from Land Rover Darien. Found the car through a listing on Cars.com following several months of fruitless search at a local dealer and on many websites. Initial inquiry was answered by LRD sales manager, Brandon Campbell, who continued to be my primary contact throughout the sales process. Can't say enough about Mr. Campbell's attitude, experience and follow-through. They were all exceptional and a major contributor to my decision to purchase. Also exceptional was the level of trust we were able to establish from the outset of our email and phone communications. Buying any product online requires a certain level of trust, but buying an automobile over the internet, absent the opportunity to see it firsthand, requires more than a normal level of confidence in the people you're dealing with and the process. LRD arranged for the transport of the vehicle from Connecticut to Ohio. The car arrived according to schedule and in precisely the condition I expected after viewing website pictures and listening to Mr. Campbell's description. Love my "new" used car and grateful to LRD and Brandon Campbell for making the purchase possible and, in retrospect, so easy. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them both, or the Cars.com website as well.
I was very surprised at how pleasant my experience was at Land Rover Darien. The staff took the time to listen to what my needs were and found a vehicle that perfect for me. I couldn't be happier with my Certified LR4.
I don't want to come off so harsh, so first I want to state the overall eperance was great until my RR gas gauge had to be fixed. The truck went in for a new sending unit. For this the fuel tank had to be removed. The tank was back in place and returned to my. This is where the problem started, the smell of fumes were so overwhelming you could not sit in the truck for more then 5 mins without getting nauseous. I was told after three days the smell would dissipate, well it's about 6 month later and two more visits and the fumes are still unbearable. RR acknowledged the issue and said they would do something to take car back or trade it at a fair number (not wholesale). Since that agreement they have done little to anything to close this ugly chapter. I have a truck I can't use or sell do to the work performed on my vehicle. I do know their intentions are good but to this point their actions are sub par and I may have to notify my attorney. The one good thing that came out of this is my gauge now reads correctly.
