My experience purchasing a vehicle at Crossroads of Lynchburg was truly a pleasant one. The process was smooth and my salesperson, Jeff Fleenor, was great to work with. He was quick in offering us assistance upon our arrival in the parking lot and remained helpful through the end of the process. He had a polite sense of humor which made the experience more comfortable and enjoyable. I would definitely consider Crossroads of Lynchburg for any future needs.
This will be the sixth range rover I have bought from Land Rover Gwinnett. Mary Cromer takes the best care of me from beginning to end. Her service is superb. I Will never shop anywhere else for a car .
I had a wonderful experience at Wilde Land Rover Sarasota. I worked with Ruzhdi who was great! He was very responsive, very transparent and so helpful. The process was quick and easy. I would definitely recommend Ruzhdi and the team at Wild Land Rover Sarasota.
Service advisor, Pringle, was very courteous, knowledgeable and alerted me to a safety with a tire. In a walk around of my vehicle he a spotted a nail in one tire. Inspection revealed 4 nailed the tire.
Stephen did everything to help us decide which car to go with. He even offered to bring a tang rover sport to our house to see if it would fit in our garage before we moved forward with the purchase. Unfortunately the vehicle was tonbig but he was very helpful with the purchase of our Velar.
This was one of the most professional dealerships I have dealt with. No hard sell, just a genuine interest in meeting my automotive needs. They didn't have the vehicle I needed, but I will consider them in the future.
Had the most amazing experience purchasing a Range Rover at Land Rover Newport Beach! The transaction was the smoothest most pain free car buying experience I've had. Concierge-level service! I was so impressed by Hamid (Sales Manager), Richard (Sales) & Jason (Finance). Leasing a vehicle here did not feel as if I was completing a typical car sale or lease transaction, it truly felt as if I had a team of advocates helping me. In addition, I was not there for hours which has been my past experience with dealerships (from Volkswagen to Mercedes to Range Rover). They had me in and out while still providing me with a clear understanding of the paperwork as well as the car. Before coming to Hornburg I attempted to do this deal with an auto broker and oh man, MISTAKE. Hamid and Richard not only came in lower on the monthly but also saved me the $800 broker fee. I'm a forever customer and most importantly found a team of car sales representatives that I can trust. Oh and I love my new Jaguar E-Pace.
The sales experience was painless. They had the vehicle advertised for the exact price. It was all ready for our drive when we arrived. The salesman was very responsive to our questions, and worked with Finance to get a lower loan rate for us. Nate in Finance was great! The car was detailed while we worked the details of the sale, so it was beautifully clean when we were ready to take it home. KarenT
