This is the fourth vehicle I’ve purchased from Aaron and have been totally satisfied every time. He provides a no pressure style of sales which is quite refreshing. All of my Rovers and my 1 Jag have been fantastic.
I was a hundred miles from home and 200 miles from my starting point when my BMW blew a tire. It was a holiday and I was in the middle of nowhere with all service closed. I called the BMW 800 number and thankfully they towed my car to BMW of Bloomington. I received a call Tuesday morning and learned I had to get new tires and they also performed the regular maintenance. I was concerned and surprised because my car had just been in my BMW service center for maintenance in July. I never thought once that my tires were bad. BMW 800 service got me a LIFT ride home, 110 miles with a wonderful BMW driver that told me Bloomington BMW was the best.
I had no idea how I would get my car home. I asked Jeremy for ideas when he called me. When my car was complete with new tires, break service and who knows what else, Jeremy called me with a plan. Ed Jackson drove my car to my door over a 100 miles away followed by another driver who drove them both back to Bloomington. I don't know much about cars and I rely on my dealer and the service to guide me and keep me safe. I'm so grateful that my catastrophy happened near Bloomington. You haven't seen the last of me.
I can't say enough about Chris that took care of my Jaguar. He did everything possible needed to repair my car. Gave me options. no hidden fees. was EXCELLENT. I would highly recommend them. Don't take your foreign car anywhere else PLEASE. Thanks Chris.

Purchased a used Jaguar XJ and was treaded by the staff well. Sales person Connie was knowledgeable and helped us through the whole process. They were willing to deal a little on the list price and trade in value. They made sure the body was in excellent shape before I left with the car. I did encounter a glitch soon after my hour long drive home and took it to my local Jaguar dealer for the fix. When I notified Imperial Motors of the problem and fix they supplied an explanation of what went wrong and agreed to compensation for my troubles.
Now that the entire process is complete I must say that they did a great job and were very attentive to my needs. I would recommend them!

Quality of Work
I made an appointment, confirmed the appointment when I arrived on time it was the guys day off. So they passed me to someone I had not been discussing my wants with. I explained I had $32,000 to work with. They could have said "we cant help you" And it would have been no hard feelings and I would have been on my way. instead the kept me for 30mins. then came back with 34,500 and said they were loosing money on that. So I got up and left. First off they arent going to sell you a truck at a loss. Otherwise they wouldnt have a job. Secondly there is the sticker price, then the invoice price then the dealer cost. When they say they are selling you something at invoice they are still making $2-3,000 profit due to the dealer holdback and dealer incentive monies. I dont do games, I know what I want I know what I have to spend and I tell them so. either they can deal with that or they cant. I didnt appreciate their games.
I worked with Joel and Matt as the manager. They were very professional and got me in and out of there as quickly as possible, which is important to me. The showroom is very nice and Joel was great at followup and getting my deal done. WOuld definitely return. And by the way, I LOVE MY JAG!
Everyone was helpful and friendly. First they did an inspection of the damage, to make sure they ordered the correct parts. The parts were ordered, and I received a call when they came in. When I dropped my car off the gave me a loner car, and the next morning recieved a text that my car was ready. Overall it was a good experience.
Sally is lovely, but this is the second time they have forgotten to wash and vacuum my car when it was in for service. It may seem trite, but in this rainy cold northwest weather, I DO NOT want to be out washing and vacuuming my car this time of the year. They had my car from 8am one day until noon the next day. When I noticed it wasn't vacuumed, she asked if I wanted to wait for it to be done. I DO NOT always have time in my schedule to wait around for things like this to be done. Please do it during the 28 hours that you had the car. When I bought a Range Rover and paid Range Rover prices, I expected the service to be near perfection. When I arrived home, I also noticed that it hadn't been washed. Very disappointed.
I have a 7 year old Jaguar XF that needed some TLC. I needed to have my front brakes evaluated after my off-market experience proved to be costly and unsafe. I replaced the previous brakes with Jaguar Front Brake Pads and Rotors. I also had a faulty inside Dome Lamp unit which was replaced and carbon pads installed. A total vehicle inspection was performed and new carpets purchased. All work was performed professionally and I was informed as required. All work was explained to my satisfaction. I used a courtesy vehicle and all arrangements were clear and well organized. The facility was clean and comfortable. I was given a private office to use as I needed. The work performed and the overall experience "exceeded expectations".

I’ve purchased a lot of vehicles and have never had a better experience than I did with the team at Jake Kaplan’s. My salesperson Brian was extremely friendly and answered all my questions. He wasn’t pushy at all. He introduced me to the GM Chris, who spend time with me going through the particulars of leasing and was extremely helpful hammering out the details. We actually laughed and had fun buying a car! Thanks also to Dan who did a great job explaining the paperwork and registration process. It went very smooth.
