Doug Justus Auto Center review
My experience at Doug Justus was the best at a dealership. Hunter was remarkable and the staff were so friendly and professional.
2020 Jeep Cherokee review
The vehicle is perfect for me....This is my second time buying a car through Music City Autoplex and each time I have driven away completely satisfied. David Beasley has made the purchasing process seamless and smooth. There was no gimmick or trickery like most dealerships...just pure honesty and me driving away knowing that I got a great deal. I bought this red Equinox a year ago with David's assistance and this Jeep, Chocolate, two days ago, again with David's assistance. Many places prey on woman purchasers and try to force us into deals that will hurt us in the long run. Not Music City Autoplex. If you are looking for a great deal and good people to help you purchase your dream car....stop by and ask for David...let him know that me and Chocolate are getting along just fine. Happy Shopping!!!

Amazing customer service. I worked with Brandy on the phone and online, and Kayla when I arrived. We had negotiated a great price on the new vehicle O selected, as well as my trade prior to my arrival. Financing was completed as well. I arrived and was done and out the door in under 30 minutes. This dealership and its staff far exceeded any vehicle buying experience I have ever experienced or imagined. I have already referred a friend to the dealership, and will purchase my next vehicle here. Great people. I don’t see how you could go wrong here.

West Knoxville Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAMReviews
West Knoxville Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM review
The purchase of my vehicle was a positive experience. The service work on my vehicle was great. My only bad experience was the length of time my vehicle was in the shop because of a backordered part. I really needed a loaner, but they were either all out or being replaced due to mileage. If anything would give me pause from buying there again, that experience would weigh heavily on the decision. I still recommend the dealership, but I also add my story of being without my Jeep for almost a month.
