Used 2020 Jeep Cherokee for sale near Redding, CA

I did not actually drive the vehicle i was right there but they sent carfax before i got there and saw it used to be a rental in Florida and not what i wanted. I loved that they did that before so i didn't waste my time even though i really wanted to drive it. I let them know i wasn't interested because of that and they were super understanding about it and said they would keep me informed if something else came in.

I purchased recently a used 2020 Cherokee Limited and it has turned out excellent, I have no problems or issues. The only minor issue that I have is the location of the cup holderss.

In today?s market with cars and car dealers, I know everyone hates going to the dealership when they?re about to purchase a new car, but I will say that my experience at BMW Las Vegas was not bad at all. I will also say that I didn?t necessarily need to buy a car in this vehicle. Purchase was honestly just for my play play Dad sports car when I initially went in I just wanted to test drive one of the 240?s they had in the inventory I had already done my research and I knew exactly what I wanted and the color that they had there I didn?t really like, but I just wanted to test drive the vehicle to make sure I was comfortable spending the amount of money on this vehicle considering this is my first BMW purchase. I went in and was immediately greeted by my cell person. Frederick and I did not feel pressured to purchase anything and I told him I was just looking and he took me for a test drive in the vehicle and I knew that they had a vehicle in transit in the color that I wanted and they weren?t sure when it would come in. Long story short I test drove the vehicle that they had in the inventory and then said when the specific color gets here, just let me know and maybe we can talk numbers. 40 minutes after I left the dealership it just so happened that the vehicle I was looking at came off the truck so I did my budget. I knew what I could afford and then I asked for numbers out the door, including taxes and we negotiated and I was able to get a really good deal on this vehicle. The entire time I did not feel pressured to buy a vehicle and I do think I could?ve gotten a little bit more off of the vehicle in regards to the price, but overall, my experience was pleasant. I think it also helped that I already had a preapproval from my credit union so the deal was essentially a cash deal. Lastly, I said I didn?t want to be in the dealership all day the next day when I went to go pick up the vehicle and do the paperwork and I will say that I arrive to the dealership in two hours later I was leaving with the car and that?s record time for any dealership purchase I?ve ever made. the car is largest enough to haul baseball equipment around, yet easy parking and handling. i like the interior and the room. the seats are very comfortable

We just purchased a new Chevy Blazer. We were treated well and love our new vehicle. The sales people, finance people and everyone treated us with respect.

The vehicle is perfect for me....This is my second time buying a car through Music City Autoplex and each time I have driven away completely satisfied. David Beasley has made the purchasing process seamless and smooth. There was no gimmick or trickery like most dealerships...just pure honesty and me driving away knowing that I got a great deal. I bought this red Equinox a year ago with David's assistance and this Jeep, Chocolate, two days ago, again with David's assistance. Many places prey on woman purchasers and try to force us into deals that will hurt us in the long run. Not Music City Autoplex. Love everything about the car the color the room in the interior the pick up the ride and the options are just excellent I am so excited to be able to take a road trip soon

Reuben Floyd was incredibly helpful in guiding us toward our 2024 Rav4. He was patient with some of our indecision but once we got to writing it up, he was very efficient and thorough. He was also a very pleasant person that we got to know. He was focused and really cares about people. He's a very valuable employee and we are grateful that he took such good care of us!

This car met our expectations as far as looks, good gas mileage, comfort and reliability. It performs well in town and on the road. Excellent choice on our part!!!

Salesman Samuel Villegas, of the San Antonio Dodge Chrysler Jeep dealership, was instrumental in the purchase of my used Saturn sports car. It's a beautiful car and i couldn't be happier. Samuel was very easy going, knowledgeable, professional, and very helpful. I did not feel pressured into anything i didnt want to do. He was very personable. I would buy another car from him. We had a transmission replaced and during the replacement a seal was damaged on the power take off for the 4 wheel drive. We had to bring it back in for a second repair and were without our car for an additional week. It was all covered and we were only out our inconvenience. The staff were honest with us on why this may have happened. I'm sure it was an accident, which happens. I gave 5 stars not because everything went perfectly, but because when there was an issue it resolved. The staff were honest and the situation was taken care of.

On this visit I felt there was something lacking in customer service. Even though I was waiting at the dealership, I had no personal contact with the service department other than when I checked in. Everything was electronic. I have always like the personal service I received at Ken Ganley Mentor, but it was missing at this visit. I was at the dealership from 9am to 330pm with no one giving me an update. I was very upset with the lack of person to person interaction. I hope they change this electronic notification idea because nothing makes a customer feel appreciated more than a little face to face communication.

Hiland Toyota is an exceptionally honest dealership. I made a deal online with Internet Manager Lonnie Tapscott and flew 2,000 miles to pick up a used car. Lonnie even gave me a ride from my hotel - five star service. The car was visibly indistinguishable from new inside and out. No wear, no door dings, not a single paint swirl, nada. After a short test drive, I signed two documents and was on the road in five minutes - easiest dealership closing process I have ever seen. During my four day trip home, it was determined that the front tires, despite having adequate remaining tread, had split due to age and sun exposure. As they were unsafe for the highway I replaced them at my expense and let Lonnie know the Service Dept could possibly improve their tire inspection process. To my great surprise, Hiland offered to send me a check for the full cost of both tires. They knew the chance of me being a repeat customer from five states away was low but they wanted to do the Right Thing. This is a dealer you can trust to keep their word, which is rare. I will keep my eye on their inventory and heartily endorse them for anyone looking for a car locally or from outside Moline. Very impressive operation.
