2nd time buying a truck from security. Although there was a small hiccup the 2’d time due to miscommunication they quickly fixed the situation and helped me get into a brand new ram and not get destroyed with overcharge fees due to going over my miles on my first truck. Refreshingly honest!! I was in the market for a Jeep Grand Cherokee L of which Smith haven had a few. I had previously been to Varsity auto with they enticing “THE PRICE YOU SEE IS THE PRICE YOU PAY”-guarantee, only to discover more than 2000$ worth of extra fees once you sit down to talk business… So, I was guarded when I called and spoke to Brandon Smith, but he reassured me that the only thing added to their advertised price was the tax and registration. I ended up buying a 2023 Grand Cherokee L Overland, and the whole process was smooth and honest, they even ended up lowering the price almost 1500 from what was advertised!! I can’t recommend this company enough, it’s such a relief to deal with people that mean what they say. Old school!! Keep it up guys, you definitely have a returning customer here, and I will recommend you to friends and family.

Not that I doubted Brett Saslow but Smith Haven is "The Real Deal" My family has now purchased 5 vehicles from his dealership and we are never, ever disappointed! I was there Friday for a "Free" inspection on my Jeep and as usual I was greeted with a smile by the attendant who was kind, caring & professional. One of the clerks was so kind to these 2 cousins who were with their Grandmother. She gave them papers to color on and her high lighters. That set the tone for all of us in the waiting room.
