Suburban Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM of Troy review
Went for oil change for my 2019 ram 1500. As usual went flawlessly and quickly. The lounge is comfortable and covid compliant. The manager of this dealer always greats me when I walk in and takes care of me in a friendly professional and consistent manner. I would recommend this dealership for service without question. I want to show appreciation for my Salesman, Bryan. Everyone talks about the ease of the buying process but my compliment concerns a salesman who goes the extra mile to help resolve a problem after the sale. My problem was with Chrysler Credit regarding a vehicle that I turned in last December. Thanks to Brian, it was finally resolved after several previous attempts to resolve the problem directly with the financier.

Good experience, one of the first dealerships to contact me through e-mail, but didn't contacted me by text messages. The Price of the Vehicle was out of my range to begin with, and it was a model year 3 years newer than the one I was originally looking for. We never made an appointment to see the vehicle since I found what I wanted in another dealership closer to home.

Suburban Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM of TroyReviews
Suburban Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM of Troy review
I would like to thank Mr. Bellomo for everything he expediently did for me in the transition of my leased Jeep to my new leased Charger. Having been devastated at the loss of my first Charger in 2016, I tried something new (my Jeep), but just was not in love with it. Being reclusive in nature, I do not enjoy spending long hours having to make purchases of any sort. Mr. Bellomo seemed to understand my reasoning for wanting to get back into something I loved. My car was a desideratum in feeling like "myself" again. Not only did he accomplish this with amazing accuracy, he, also, took the time to speak with my father who lives 24 hours away to reassure him that I would be taken care of. I, literally, had everything done, no surprises or let downs, in two days without ever having to spend hours at the dealership. I cannot thank him enough for giving me back something I dearly loved and have fallen in love all over again. It is not often that people in the customer service industry are understanding, empathetic and sympathetic enough to tailor a person's needs accordingly. I love my new Charger so much, I will be purchasing it when my lease is up. Thank you, Mr. Bellomo. I am in no way a materialistic person, but this meant more to me and my family, just to see me happy again. I, certainly, hope you get the recognition you deserve!
2026 Jeep Cherokee review
So far, I really like this car. Only 2 things come to mind in the negative area. No heads-up display is offered and the warrantee could be longer. Other than that, it is a pleasure owning this car.

Suburban Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM of TroyReviews
Suburban Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM of Troy review
Scott Viau was a very patient and helpful sales rep. I was not sure I really was looking for a Jeep , but he found an excellent vehicle choice for me and did not pressure me . Once the transaction was completed he spent a great deal of time showing me all of the many features found on this car. He helped pair my wife and my phones and truly made me a future customer.
