They were great to work with. They did what they said they would do, responded quickly to questions, and were accommodating with hours over the weekend.

Found a ’09 Commander for use as a tow vehicle for my boat with 150k miles. 5.7 Hemi. I’ve owned Grand Cherokee’s, Rubicon’s, BMW’s, Infiniti’s, and way too many other cars. If I’m writing a review, it means something. Even with all of the issues that have been mentioned (power turning off, etc.) this is almost becoming my daily driver. Who would have thought’ I love this car and wish they hadn’t discontinued it. I would buy the 2018 version in a heartbeat.
Es excelente para viajar sus asientos de atrs son confortables y seguros para los nios.sus asientos de enmedio estn amplios y confortables. Y enfrente me encantan los asientos.tengo 6aos con mi jeep commander 2010.
Phillip was very professional and went above and beyond to try and figure out the issue with my car. Will continue to use the service depot.

Took it in for one recall they should have done all of them.
It seems everyone I have talk to that has a commander has had the same problem with the transmission overheating light coming on and then the car won’t crank. I was coming back from Birmingham to Prattville Alabama and the transmission overheating light came on it turned off. While I was driving. I was stuck over a bridge. Someone got out and help me push it to where I could coast it down to a store where it would not crank it sounded like the starter was gone because that would make a zinging sound. I had four different mechanics look at it each had a different idea of what was wrong. One said it was the starter so I bought a starter. Then he said that the transmission sensors had gone out. And that that was why I would not crank. I am planning to take it to the jeep I had four different mechanics look at it each had a different idea of what was wrong. One said it was the starter so I bought a starter. Then he said that the transmission sensors had gone out. And that that was why I would not crank. I am planning to take it to the jeep Dealership this week. I love my jeep and I want it back. But with so many people saying that the transmission sensor was giving them issues I think you guys should maybe do a recall on that.
