First I was reluctant to go to a Larry Miller Dealership because of an experience in the late '90's. Vowed NEVER to do it. BUT I Did, Jurmaine and Raul were fantastic, informative, low pressure, great follow-up (Not constantly calling). I have been shopping for a specific car for over a year. When I found the one I bought, I still would have walked if all wasn't right. My experience with Shereen could not have been better. She put me at ease from our first interaction all the way until I received my keys. Not only did she assist with a complex lease buy out, she truly went out of her way to make sure I was driving home with the best car I could find. I ended up with a 2019 Volvo XC60 that I love just as much as the service I received from Sheeren. I live around 2 hours away from the dealership but I will continue to make the drive and recommend you do the same, she is worth it!
