An amazing experience! Once arrived I was greeted and given a beverage of choice. Then since a majority of technical information was completed via online portals, was able to sit down and do “paperwork” for less than an hour. For one this made the part I dread the absolute most, an absolute breeze. In addition, I absolutely loved how there wasn’t any pressure to make the purchase or not. It was as if I was buying a car from family! I highly recommend this dealership and will be going here moving forward for future cars!

This dealership is currently getting renovated inside and it’s beautiful! This is also the first time buying a car that I didn’t feel like I was getting “screwed over” somehow. They were very much on our side and enjoyable to work with.

Schaumburg Honda is part of the Rohrman Auto Group. I cannot say enough positive things about working with them. They are professional, ethical, and transparent. All the things you want in a dealership, since the expense of car ownership is incredibly high. I worked with Kamil and Gricelda, both of whom were outstanding. There wasn't any pressure to buy, no shady dealings, and they answered all my questions. Unlike other dealers in Chicago, they were honest and forthcoming with all the details about the car (both in sales and in the finance unit when signing paperwork). I test drove a few CR-Vs with different trims to figure out what was best for me. I came away with a gorgeous car that I will own for a long time.
