I recently bought a used car from Avon Auto Brokers in Brockton, MA and had the best experience thanks to Robert Resende! He was incredibly nice and went above and beyond to accommodate my needs and made sure the car was in top shape prior to the pickup. He fixed and replaced anything that the car needed without being asked. The vehicle was in mint condition inside and out. He even noticed a crack in the windshield that was not apparent and had it replaced. New tires, brakes, oil change... you name it he had it done! I have purchased several vehicles (3) from CarMax and plan to buy my next car from them too, as soon as I make up my mind which vehicle I want. They sell quality vehicles from my experience and go above and beyond for their customers. I especially like their new 30 day return policy. Last time I had a vehicle transferred from another store and was worried I'd have to buy it even if I didn't like it when it came in. No way- they assured me customer service was priority if I didn't want the car they didn't want me to buy it ! As it turned out, it was perfect for me, the price was fair and the service great. Reviews are very important when I'm going to buy anything, especially something that's as big of an investment as a vehicle. I don't understand how CarMax would not make all efforts to correct a problem. Do yourself a favor and give them a chance, my opinion, you won't be disappointed.

I needed a better truck and I contacted Robert Parsons at Dwain Taylor. We got together, looked at this Toyota Tacoma and in a coupla hours I was driving it home!! Robert was super to work with a just a really great guy, nothing like your typical movie car salesman at all. Everyone that I met yesterday at Dwain Taylor were super nice and incredibly helpful. Was a wonderful experience!! Can’t say anything long term about the car, but it was the first time I had bought a car/gone to a dealership for myself. Trade in was SMOOTH! Got a good deal for my old buick and got a NICE upgrade to a 2023 subaru!! In love with it and all its features! Was greeted within minutes of walking into the dealership and was assisted immediately. Got to test drive in 10 min.
