It was nice to get beyond the dickering that one is always subjected to from car salespeople. Buying from the comfort of home was nice.

I used to have an old Wrangler and missed it so much. I ended up selling it years ago when I had my son because the back seat was too tiny and I didn't feel safe putting a car seat back there. I needed a new vehicle and came across the Renegade. After test driving it, I fell in love. It definitely drives and feels like a Jeep, the inside is super roomy and comfy for such a small SUV, and the gas mileage is great. It is definitely exactly what I was looking for. It's cute, reliable, and I'm SO HAPPY to have my 4 wheel drive back for the snow!!!
this vehicle more than meets my car aspirations in that it performs to nth degree as a 4-wheel drive. the color and style are classically detailed. it is roomy and easy to maneuver. the gas mileage is adequate and the safety factor and reliability of all jeep vehicles is tremendous. we are happy with this purchase indeed.
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.

I have always wanted a jeep. So getting this one has been a dream. I travel for work and through all weather conditions and this vehicle gets me there without any issues. I love it

Decent looking and comfortable. However, the driver’s side heated seat glitches, Bluetooth glitches and mutes itself, while driving it jerks when shifting (it’s an automatic), it feels like it’s running out of gas and is going to stall (has stalled twice), and after owning it one year, the check engine light is already on.
Good customer service, friendly staff, good price. We had a pleasant experience at the dealership and would recommend it to friends and family. Thank you

Only owned for 2 months so far. Only complaint so far is that the language on the dash changed to Italian on its own. Apparently this is an ongoing problem with this Jeep. Changed it back easily enough but hope not to have this happen often.
Completed my duediligence stopped off at Chris Nickel's on way to another dealership. Still tried other Dealer and experience was Night & Day. Ended up comming back & lived hapily ever after with my new Vehicle. Thanks Tom & special thank Matt in finance ! :)

This little JEEPLET is the car that you need because getting a pick up truck to go antique shopping is a hassle. I Have gotten as high as 37 MPG on the highway over long road trips. In the city is averaging about 21MPG if you don't floor it. The complaint people have about the transmission being slow to kick down gears i have yet to experience it. Do keep in mind if you are buying these used, two things to check for.... 1, If there is a 1.4L MULTIAIR Engine under the hood keep in mind the timing belt will go bye bye at about 150,000 and 2. Not all renegades come a standard spare tire.

I love everything about this car. It's not overwhelming and its elegantly designed. It has the power I want and is very comfortable. The leather seats are beautiful and I feel classy driving this vehicle. I could not be happier. Also there are little fun things all over the place in the jeep. Like big foot is on the back window and a jeep is crawling up the side on the windshield. It seems like they had a lot of fun designing this vehicle.

I bought a 2016 Jeep Rubicon hard rock from another dealership in Oklahoma this past May. This dealership where I got it, never mentioned the multiple things wrong with it. I inherited many faulty problems with the engine and fuel system that I was unaware of. I took it to Melton for multiple repairs and worked with John in the service department. Best choice I ever made taking it there. John was just excellent to work with, very knowledgeable and responsive to all my questions. Today I picked it up and runs like brand new. I couldn???t be happier. I deeply thank John for being honest and his patience plus expertise in explaining all the parts, work and time it was going to take to get everything right. I tell you, I???m bonded to Melton service and the staff couldn???t be more helpful and friendly. Melton service is the only place we will go now to service our vehicles. I highly recommend Melton service, they are A+ top notch period. I???d say take your vehicle there even if you live far away from Claremore......I know everyone would agree wi this post. I like all the features it’s has how it’s drive how it’s handling in the snow using four wheel dive I like how it looks inside and out
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
My husband and I traveled 100 miles to examine and drive a new CLS AMG. We had received some photos and we very interested in this beautiful car. We were greeted by our salesperson, Joe Cleary, and the owner of the dealership, Greg Kach. After a brief visit, we test drove the car and were totally enamored. Our car precious car was appraised, we agreed on a deal. With all of the new technology, Joe arranges for one of the technology advisors to set up our phones, give us the basic info and will come to our house for a thorough review of the features in the next week or so.
