We are very pleased with this vihicle . We plan to enjoy it during the summer months and also during the winter when it snows with the four wheel drive.

It was easy to set up a time to come in he had the car we were interested in freshly washed and up front ready for us to test drive. We fell in love right away with it. We spent less then 2 hours total with test drive appraisal of our trade in and all paperwork. Not to mention the 6 mtg warranty that is offered on all used cars that they sell. This week, I bought a KIA Soul from Jerry Seiner KIA Salt Lake—my 3rd KIA through Jeffrey. He is patient answering many questions, offers suggestions so I can choose a car fitting my needs & budget. Jeff makes sure I have the best deal that he can offer. Matt in KIA Salt Lake service department is always helpful & honest. During the 3 or 4 times a year, I go. With no pressure from him (unless there is danger from worn brake pads or tire treads). Matt makes sure I have in everything in writing including estimated costs for my warranty, & to keep my car running for many years. He makes sure I agree to the price and that the service is done exactly right. A special deal with an oil change--hey will do a safety inspection with a narrated video and a written checklist showing the condition of the car. Even with a KIA dealership much closer to my home, I drive extra miles to Salt Lake KIA because of employees I can trust and who care about me as a person--not as just another customer.

I love it and it is what I wanted for my first car and I’m glad it had all the upgrades too esp blue which 2008 did not have.
