But once we had done that and had the money in hand, it took 2 + hours of waiting to just finalize the process. Besides that the auto was detailed very poorly. We bought a truck from Bob McCosh Chevy in Columbia and the difference in dealership is quite different. McCosh was highly professional, punctual and great communication. Truck was detailed excellent.
