All I can say is GREAT things for this company and Andy Rosales as a salesman. I came here looking for a low mileage nice Golf. I didn’t have an appointment but Andy Rosales came out right away and came across as an acquaintance/friend rather than a salesman right off the bat, and didn’t try to push a sale on me at all. Just asked if I wanted to look and test drive some. I test drove 4 cars, and Andy was super nice about letting me test drive all the vehicles I wanted to look at. they had 3 options on site and another at another location here in the springs. I just came to test drive the first day and was planning on going home and sleeping on it. And they had no problem with that and just provided a phone number to reach out. No pushy salesman tactics you see at most auto dealers, by the salesman, manager, or financing manager. I came back the next morning to talk numbers. I did my research on the vehicle and they were very transparent with me throughout the whole process. Like any dealership, negotiation skills are helpful, but I truly believe based off my experience that this dealership is truly not out to scam you. I got the EXACT car I wanted, for a veryyy competitive price. I am 100% coming back here as far as I’m concerned.

i have a 2017 wrangler unlimited sport with a 6 speed ..at 18 000 miles they had to drop the tranny ..now at 49 000 they will need to do it again and its pissing me off. Plastic parts in a tranny is stupid . And a reverse gear too pointy and too thin ..Seriously ? You know its an issue and still no recall?

We have now purchased 5 vehicles from Sport Honda, every time we are more impressed with our experience. At this point there is just no need to even shop around, we save so much time and hassle to just go right to Sport. One thing that we have noticed that makes us really feel comfortable at Sport is there is no high pressure sales tactics, they just lay everything out and let you make your decision. We have a few other Honda dealers that are closer to us, but it is well worth a few extra miles to work with Sport. GREAT JOB SPORT HONDA, YOU NEVER DISSAPOINT US.

We bought a 2019Hyundai Elantra at this carmax. It was a very good experience. Staff was helpful but not pushy or aggressive. The fixed price was fair and made the process less stressful. The dealer charges were all reasonable with no ridiculous added charges. Overall an excellent experience.
