Southern Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Newport News review
Dominic, Derrick and Alex made the car buying experience a smooth one. They were very accommodating and a pleasure to work with. A couple days after I bought the car, Dominic and Derrick both reached out to me via text message to make sure I was loving the car and to contact them if I needed anything.

Courtesy Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM of Superstition Springs review
I can’t say enough good things about Courtesy Chrysler Jeep! I called at 8:00 this morning, and they were able to get me in by 10:20. They diagnosed and resolved my software update issue right on the spot. A special shout-out to Aaron, the service writer, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of this morning. His professionalism, communication, and willingness to help made the entire experience outstanding. Unfortunately, this kind of customer service seems to be getting harder and harder to find. Too often, you feel like just another number instead of a customer. That was absolutely NOT the case here. It’s refreshing to deal with a business that genuinely values its customers and employees who take pride in what they do. Thank you, Aaron, and the entire Courtesy Chrysler Jeep team. You’ve earned a five-star review and my appreciation. I’ll gladly recommend you to others!

5 STARS all around for the sales, finance & management team around at Toyota of Cedar Park. With over 20 years of management experience in auto dealerships throughout the country, I was dreading leasing a new Tacoma this week. The staff at TCP went above & beyond my expectations! I told them what I wanted & they 100% delivered. Christian Behl & Chris Walls listened to I wanted & then told me what they could do, not what they couldn't do. Thanks to everybody & I'm 100% satisfied!

Stan Gibson is definitely the salesman you want to see when in the market. He isn’t the typical just buy from me salesman he makes Conversation to figure out what your needs and wants in a new car are. He goes above and beyond for all of his customers regardless of how much you’re willing to spend. More dealership out there need them a Stan.

York Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram review
What great guys to work with. Each employee who walked by took a minute to speak. Our salesman Todd was not only helpful but very knowledgeable. Spoke with Connor a couple of times and what a great guy. Not pushy at all. We decided on a Dodge Durango. There’s nothing quick about buying a car. But York has the steps down pat. Andrew in financing explained all options of financing. Although not thrilled with the payment what a GREAT EXPERIENCE. I previously bought my van there and I am sure I’ll have equally great service with the new Durango. Thanks York.

Pinnacle NissanReviews
Pinnacle Nissan review
I can’t say enough good things about Nismo Nick at Pinnacle Nissan. I first spoke with Nick when I was trying to understand the allocation process for the new Z and sort through all the supposed “mandatory” dealer add-ons I was encountering with another dealership. From that very first conversation, Nick was different. He answered my questions, explained how things actually worked, and there were no games. During that first conversation, Nick made me an incredibly compelling offer on the Z I wanted. The problem was, I had already put a significant deposit down on a car with the other dealership, and I felt I should honor my commitment. Nick respected my decision completely and never pressured me. Unfortunately, when that car arrived at the other dealership with significant damage, the deal fell apart. I called Nick for advice. He still had my Z and simply asked if I wanted it. This time, I said yes! That’s when Nick really had my back. He walked me through a difficult situation and gave me sound, straightforward advice. Then he went to work. He put together a deal that was more than fair and added value in ways I hadn’t expected. Eric did a great job handling the financing, while Nick took care of everything else. Before I knew it, the Z I had wanted from the beginning was mine, and Nick arranged to have it shipped hundreds of miles and delivered right to my doorstep. What stands out to me about Nick is pretty simple: he does what he says he’s going to do. He treated me fairly when I wasn’t even his customer, and when I came back needing his help, he was there. He’s a no-nonsense salesman, a straight shooter, and someone I learned I could trust. I absolutely love my new Z, and I have a lot of respect and appreciation for the person who helped me get it. If you’re considering buying a Nissan of any flavor, call Nismo Nick at Pinnacle Nissan. Whether you’re across town or across the country, give him the opportunity to earn your business. No games. No nonsense. Just someone who does what he says he’ll do. Nick, I’m happy and honored to finally be part of your Z family.

ALM Kia South review
ALM is a very good dealer ship I have purchased 4 cars from them in the pass 5 years, they help me build my credit with the 1st vehicle, low down payment! They are great to deal with! They convinced me to get an electric vehicle and I love it even helped me to get the Ev station at my home I love it, my Kia are very nice.
2023 Jeep Wrangler review
Thank you, Imperial Jeep and Hany Arian, for the recent great car buying experience; I got a Jeep Wrangler which was very competitively priced, and I got a very fair price for my trade-in. Also, thanks to Sales Manager Bob Baillargeon for supporting and developing significant car-buying solutions. Hany went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied with the car-buying experience and wrapped the paperwork seamlessly. I recommend this car dealership. A big thank you to Bob and Hany!

I had a very good experience in getting numerous questions answered about a 2015 Aston-Martin V8 Vantage GT that I was interested in. Unfortunately, and due to personal reasons I had to discontinue pursuing the purchase.

I really liked everyone there that we met. When I drove the Jeep home Steve even was talking about maybe trading the truck in later. Mike was really a great salesman, I would give him 6 stars.

I had an outstanding experience working with Sales Manager Ricky. From the very beginning, he was professional, responsive, and genuinely interested in helping me get the right deal. He answered every question honestly, kept me updated throughout the entire process, and never pressured me into making a decision. What impressed me most was his communication and commitment to customer service. He followed through on everything he promised and made the buying experience smooth and stress-free. In today’s market, it’s rare to find someone who is transparent, knowledgeable, and truly cares about their customers. I really appreciate all the time and effort he put into making this deal happen. I would absolutely recommend Ricky to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. Thanks again for the excellent service!

Voyles CDJR of BirminghamReviews
Voyles CDJR of Birmingham review
Living in Murfreesboro, TN, I struggled to find the right deal locally, so I expanded my search to Voyles CDJR in Birmingham. Making that out-of-state drive with two trade-ins could have been a headache, but it turned out to be the best car-buying decision I’ve made in 40 years. Right before our delivery, a major unexpected obstacle popped up with the vehicle's transport. Instead of making excuses or delaying us, General Manager Jackson Hagen and his entire team jumped on the issue as soon as the doors opened that morning. By the time we arrived, they had everything 100% resolved and the vehicle was absolutely flawless. Jackson clearly leads a phenomenal group and empowers his whole staff to deliver exceptional service. Will Edens handled the sales side perfectly and really valued our time, getting us in and out fast. Over in finance, Jared Myers was great to work with and made the final paperwork an absolute breeze. For the first time ever, a dealership badge is staying proudly on my tailgate. If you want a dealership that actually works for you, solves problems instead of creating them, and treats you right, do yourself a favor and go see Jackson, Will, and Jared. They are absolutely worth the drive!
