I special ordered my 2021 4 dr Sahara in Feb of 2022 and received it 4/1. I have previously owned 4 JK models over the yrs. The 2021 I just love. the interior appts, the dash layout with the nav. I got the upgraded leather seats and paint color white with One Touch Skyview top. Got the 3.6 with E torque for powerplant. They improved on the brakes vs JK. Much stronger!

i drive a Cadillac SRX luxury and i had this jeep rented for four months and i found it difficult to get back in my car after having the 2.0 turbocharged model unlimited 4 door hard top!

My experience with Bennie Barcroft was excellent. He answered all my questions quickly and put together a quote that was detailed and transparent. He was quick to answer follow-up questions and it was a pleasure to deal with him. Bought myself the Wrangler Unlimitied with one touch sky top. Managed to purchase at exactly the right time when a one day only pricing of $55,000 (Fully loaded) became available right before buying cars became so prohibitive. Held on to my Pontiac Vibe for routine errands and that allows me to keep my Jeep in pristine condition for years to come. Love the 23.9 avg mpg. Much higher than I expected.

Took my truck in for a misfiring cylinder after I thought that I had troubleshooted the easy stuff. I was expecting the worst case scenario and a very expensive fix. They found it was something I had overlooked. Simple fix, had truck back same day running better than ever. Excellent customer service too which is a bonus.

Took my Ram 2500 diesel in for 60,000 mile service. Scott broke everything down what each and every service would cost. He expressed which one is needed with the service and a couple we could do at a later date to help keep the cost down. Not only was he looking out for keeping my truck in top running condition while also keeping in mind of the cost and helping myself out. To me, that is someone that is looking out for the customer and the vehicle at the same time. Best service department and mechanics there is. 10 out of 10 for me!!!

My husband always took his Jeep to this dealership for his oil changes ever since we moved here to TN in 2018. He just passed away and I had to bring his Jeep in for the oil change and I wasn’t too happy about having to wait so long, so I left. But after talking to the manager Joe Woody, he made things right. This place is much cheaper than Knoxville and Joe said he working on building better customer service!! So I trust his words!

We were desperately needing an SUV to replace my wife's van that got totaled by a deer. Rice had vehicles available and allowed us to use our GM discount. The salesman knew immediately what we were looking for and said 'I just got an SUV in.. it's being detailed and within 3 hours we had a new vehicle. Very efficient and pleasant to deal with.
