This is the 3rd Jeep product we have owned over the years, first was a Grand Cherokee Laredo, then most recently a 2012 Jeep Liberty Sport. We just purchased the 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee Ltd in Febrary 2023. This Jeep is the most luxuary we've ever had in a vehicle, it has everything but the cooling seats which would be nice as we live in FL. This will be a dinghy towed vehicle behind our Class A motorhome. We also towed the Liberty Sport.

This is the 2nd vehicle I've bought from this dealership, not to mention the maintenance and repairs I've had done for all my cars that I also get serviced here. Nate in the used car sales department did a tremendous job taking care of me, even under such sensitive conditions surrounding the COVID. I Really like this car I bought it used and have driven it for a good couple of months Car works great love the jeep style on the outside and inside you'll never forget what your driving! Two complaint's are that the car rumbles quite bad and my cars transmission likes to have hiccups but everything else about the car is great.

First time car buyer, and car buying has always made me nervous especially how some car dealerships and salesmen can often be. I worked with Justin Eldridge aka Buford who is a new salesmen with Toyota but seemed like a pro, if he did not know the answer to some of our questions he would ask someone who did as he is still learning but this also helped for me to feel heard with my questions! He was awesome! He did not hassle me or my fiancé and gave us plenty of time to look over the car alone and make our decision. Once inside everyone seemed very pleasant and following CDC guidelines for Covid. We also worked with Alex in finance who was also super nice and had great people skills! Overall this was the best experience I could have asked for. I am in love with my new 4Runner! Great job Toyota of Asheville!

I have just bought this used Cherokee. 70,000 miles I Like it a lot so far. Except I am having a little trouble with my blind spots. Not used to being so low compared to my Ranger Truck. I have a good upgrade. Pretty good milage. Everybody says I got a good deal and so far so good. Drives very nice.

This is the second Fred Anderson dealership we have done business with and they were great. Everyone we interacted was straight forward and honest. We enjoyed getting to know Gilberto, Mark, and Dennis. Genuine and cool guys. Will definitely visit them again. Sidenote to dealership: Coffee station needs a makeover.

85000 miles on it and the only issue has been a starter problem, it’s going bad and I will replace soon. The moulding at the front of the removable roof panels started to separate. Other than that it has been an awesome vehicle and I feel like the 2.4 has plenty of power.

This review is for a 2023 Jeep Wrangler 4 door Willys. I had traded in my 2008 Jeep Wrangler 4 door Sahara. So I know these Jeep’s not only last a long time, but are reliable. The new Jeep is beautiful, runs well, and is fun to drive. Exceptional on road and off road performer. Snow, rain, sleet, or mud, this Jeep can handle pretty much any conditions.

We was very impressed with Sam and daves when we got there was real impressed with how nice everybody was especially when we asked to drive the escalade witch was blocked in by a few cars cause they had so many but it didn't take them but just a few min to get it out. Now in my 6th year with my 2017 and still like it. My complaints are simple. Needs larger fuel tank, better gas mileage considering its size and engine, would prefer manual transmission, and get rid of the xxxx engine shut off function. Love the size, comfortable, still seems solid. My only repair was replacement of the satnav unit that crapped out.

I have had my Renegade for a year now and have had no problems, I knew when I bought it that it is no muscle car but I don't mind. I love the outward visibility and the ease of parking. I haven't taken it off road and don't for sure know if I will but it has handled snow fairly well.

I’ve had my ‘15 latitude, for a year. T-bones a car, last week, and they crumple like a beer can… In other words: had my wife get a ‘16 75th edition TODAY!! Yes, ramen diet, for a few years, + her “special edition” doesn’t have heated seats, or a heated wheel 😖 My latitude does!! I wouldn’t look at different 💯

My wife has been searching for a specific vehicle and package. She found it at Auto Advantage and proceeded to complete an online inquiry. We received a call from Richard. He was easy to talk with and never seemed like the usual car salesman. Richard answered all of our questions and was patient. He was never pushy which was a nice change from previous experiences. We proceeded with the online application and decided to drive three hours the next day. We arrived a few minutes early and we were invited into the dealership. The facility was clean and inviting. The vehicle we were looking at was in the showroom. The sales staff was polite, relaxed and ready to assist without hovering. We asked for Richard and waited a couple of minutes. Richard was great! I would recommend asking for him when searching for any of your automotive needs. He was patient, informative, helpful, and made sure our needs were met. If the vehicle we looked at did not fit our needs he did not want us to buy because he wanted us to be happy and have our needs met. Jason the "document guy" even let us look at his vehicle because it was the other vehicle we were considering and they did not have one for sale. That was cool and even more proof they wanted us to be sure we wanted the vehicle. When we had a question Richard would research all options so we could make comparisons. He provided facts and did not manipulate numbers to favor what they had for sale. We began negotiations including our trade in value. We were given a very honest trade in value and the no haggle price was acceptable. Once adding all of the numbers together it was not quite the value I wanted. Again we were never pressured to make the purchase. Richard helped adjust numbers and we made an agreement to purchase the vehicle. Then we moved into Jason's office to complete the documentation. He informed us of options we had for our purchase but never tried to "make a sale". Documents were completed we said our goodbyes and we took off in a new to us vehicle. The experience was great! Probably our best buying experience ever! Nice facility, personable and helpful people and we were never pressured. I strongly recommend Auto Advantage! Ask for Richard.

I bought this used with 20k miles on it. I’ve read lots of reviews where there’s not enough room. I’m 6ft and I have plenty of room to spare. I’ve read where there’s not enough power in the engine. Unless you’re planning on racing the car, there’s plenty of power. The car has lots of character. It’s a Jeep. What’s not to love.

Fog lights go out then they come back on sometimes one light stays on or it goes out paint has bad spots how long is paint warranty on the keep

We had a wonderful experience here- Allen is a self-proclaimed "truck guy", but he helped us find the minivan we needed. One of the "stow and go" seats malfunctioned during the test drive, and they made sure to quickly fix it (they had to order the part, and we were still able to take it home the next day; Allen even drove the car to us, which was very considerate). We had our two year old and 8 month old in tow for the entire experience (we visited two separate days), and they both soaked up the sweet attention from all of the staff. Highly recommend!

This is the first brand new vehicle I have had in awhile. The safety features are really great. Blind spot warning, applied cruise control, back up camera, lane correction and on and on. I feel very safe in this vehicle. Also enjoying the keyless ignition and door lock/unlock.

We were dreading the idea of shopping for a new car, knowing how long the process would take and all of the steps involved that never seem pleasant. But the time had come. Our sales person was exceptional, walked us through the entire process and we got their best price the first time. Everything we agreed to initially appeared exactly in our final documents. No surprises, no pressure to buy extra things. Perhaps the title for this review should be "Great Buy at a Great Price from a Great Dealer." We recommend you make a stop at Hendersonville Jeep. It may be the only stop you need to make in your journey for a new car.

We are very happy with our '21 GC Limited. It is well appointed, with many options, drives nice, comfortable and still sits higher, unlike a lot of other "car" SUV's. We use this as our only vehicle, and flat tow behind our motorhome. Jeeps are the best vehicles made to flat tow!! We have climbed dirt trails in the West and cruised coastal waterways. Love it.

We hunted in our local area for a Jeep 4xe but could not find one. We found that we had to drive about an hour and 15 minutes to Marion CDJR. We're so glad we made the drive to Marion to pick up the Jeep 4xe that we were looking for! Given the drive, we called ahead and Mike Ward was great in letting us know he had one on the lot. When we arrived, Mike was awesome in helping us confirm that this was the Jeep for us. Tim was also great to work with and Paul in the finance office was a pleasure to work with! Love my 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited WK !!! This is the LAST of the WK line. It's TOTALLY CLASSIC !!! Glad I "pulled the trigger" and bought before it was too late.

We live in Hilton Head and I looked for our new Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit Reserve for about a month. I had a couple deals all set up one in Ga, one in NC and another in KY. I always buy out of state for a number of reasons but finding one equipped the way I wanted was the main reason. On the day before I sealed a deal with another dealer I contacted Mike Ward at Marion. I was blown away by his attitude and service. He got back to me quickly, provided ALL the information I needed and he beat every other deal by a good margin. I had a couple questions and texted him after hours and he responded with answers. He even checked in with me on his day off. Then he drove our new Jeep 1/2 way to our home from NC to SC and spent 3 hours with us going over the papers and the vehicle. Buying a car is a pain, we all know that, but in all honesty, Marion is different... it really is. Clearly the Mgt Team helped Mike and they are to be sincerely complimented as well. Absolutely LOVE my 392 20th Yr edition!! She’s a stingray grey beast, that is just as powerful and fun to drive as my Ftype Jaguar! The detail and design is comfortable and I am addicted to the powerful exhaust rumble on her! Puts any previous year Wrangler in a different class- my opinion, after having other Rubicon’s. Well worth taking the leap and spending the +$100k on her! No regrets!

My lease was almost up on my 2019 Grand Cherokee LTD. I didn't like the new look of the 2022 so I was planning on leasing a different brand altogether. So happy they came out with the WK model. It's exactly like the original Jeep Grand Cherokee LTD. Why mess with perfection?

There are 4 jeep drivers in my house. We were lucky they brought back the body style of the grand cherokee wk. 2 of us drive overland model. The gc limited wk is just as nice, the 2022 has some really nice features, like when you leave truck with the key it's starts a pattern beep to let you know the keys are with you. The comfort &tight suspension is there. The grand cherokee wk is great truck. The island dealership is fabulous in staten Island. My family has bought numerous trucks there. The service department is great also. All the staff are very attentive. Great jeep & great dealership

I love my 2020 Sahara Unlimited. She is beautiful but still drives and handles like a jeep, which is why I wanted her. The stock tires for the unlimited are bigger than regular tires, and makes her fierce! I have almost 30K on mine and have had no problems (knock on wood) whatsoever. It is a joy to ride with or without the top off. Easy to remove the driver and passenger top for a quick fun ride. Easy but a little heavy to remove the entire top, but totally worth it. I've even had it on the beach and it handles like a dream!
