My wife and I were looking for a used truck. We found one on Lloyd Belt’s website and gave them a call. Matt Koenig answered the phone and he invited us to come check it out. We did and Matt was there to show us the truck. He answered all of our questions and demonstrated how to use all of the features the truck was equipped with. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and all the details involved with purchasing one. He and the dealership did everything they said they would when our deal was completed! It was a very pleasant experience! Matt and the rest of the staff there are very friendly and professional! I’ve recommended them to my friends.

I purchased my truck living 1,100 miles from the dealership. The salesman, Brandon, was very professional giving me a true description of the truck. Needless to say, I was more than pleased when I saw the truck for the first time. All information given to me by phone was accurate, and the sales process was very smooth. Our experience was simply the best experience we've had at a dealership. Terry Berry met me in the parking lot & asked if he could help me. I told Terry that I was on my way to work & that I would be back. He replied that he would be here "all day" and he was. No hassle, straight to the point, easy listening. We had explained what we were looking for & Terry had the vehicle sitting at the front door when we arrived. An hour later, we were in our new vehicle. Brandon Shoemaker, finance, got us an interest rate that we had never seen before, it was really that low, sweet! Terry presented us with a offer/package, we had a trade in, that was so reasonable & we were impressed. We will return to Graven!
We stopped by Graven as a secondary option looking for a used vehicle. Wish we would have saved time and stopped by there first. Doug/Sales met us outside, even though it was cold and wet. Without ever feeling any pressure, he questioned us on our needs and we were already test driving our selection within five minutes. The finance part was just as easy. Doug informed us we were approved within minutes, but asked for a few minutes more to find the best possible financial deal for us. When we were ready to sit down and sign the paperwork, we met Brandon/Finance. Again, very polite and fast. Talking to Brandon was as easy as socializing with an old family friend. We have never heard of Graven till today, but it is definitely a dealership that deserves repeat business. They will see us again when it's time for our next new vehicle!
After getting the run around from another dealership in my home state I stumbled upon Graven's dealership via cars.com. I called them with less than an hour before closing time and they still squeezed every second out to deal with me and provide me with the information I needed. It was my first time purchasing a car on my own and not only were they honest and fair but the overall process was as painless as could be. Within 36 hours of making first contact I was the owner of the car of my dreams. Even after the purchase they still called to check on me and make sure I was happy with my Purchase. Great dealership with great people, so good in fact I was compelled to write this review!

After shopping around at other dealerships for my first car, I wasn't sure what to expect coming to Graven. I'd had some bad experiences with pushy sales people and bad financing before. Brandon exceeded my expectations though. He was happy to correspond with me that morning about the car buying process and even had the Jeep in the garage warmed up and ready for me to test drive. The buying process was seamless, no pressure, no games, and a great deal without even having to haggle! It still seems like a blur, we were in and out. In no time at all he had an awesome finance rate for me and I was out the door enjoying my new Jeep. I will definitely be coming back in the future when it's time for a new car.
I purchased a diesel truck from Burkholders and was told it was inspected top to bottom nothing was wrong with it. They don’t provide any type of 30 day warranty on vehicles you purchase from them as they stand by their word on making sure nothing will happen to the vehicle it’s in good condition. Straight from the salesman. Well two weeks later the truck went from 75mph to 50mph in seconds. Come to find out it was the fuel filter and the O ring wasn’t installed properly. So most diesels when you get an oil change you replace the fuel filter also which this company did do but installed it incorrectly. I called to ask for reimbursement or if they could do anything and of course what do I get no sorry we can’t do anything for you. Standing by their word means when you buy it and you’re out the door don’t expect them to help you out.
As my salesman, Jon went out of his way to listen to my needs and try to meet them, without trying to push something on me. He showed me options which would meet most of my wants while trying to meet a list of needs to probably don't exist in one vehicle! I really enjoyed talking with him and his knowledge was helpful in allowing me to understand what I was truly looking for.
This is our second vehicle from Graven's that we have purchased. We went back to Gravens because believe or not it was actually a very pleasant experience unlike other places. No "pressure at all", salesman was very accommodating and got a us a very good deal. Finance manager was fantastic also and got us the best financing available and had to lenders bidding for our loan which ended up making our interest very low!! How Assume is that!! I would recommend Graven's to anyone that is holding back because of high pressure salesman. You will get a great deal, have a pleasant experience and leave as Friends!!
The dealership has excellent service and they will work with you to make sure you have everything you need. Matt was one of the car salesmen that guided me in the purchase of my vehicle. For a first time buyer and minimal credit history, he really sealed the deal with me on a good note because not only was I able to get approved for a loan, but compared to a few people I know I’m not paying with 10-23% interest on the loan and he made sure this was affordable for me. I really do appreciate the mutual understanding in my concerns and I will most definitely be returning to the dealership in the near future when it’s time to move on to the next vehicle. And being in the military although they don’t offer any incentive, they still treat you good and throw in some free oil changes. I appreciate not having to pay for that for a couple months. I would recommend stopping by and giving this dealership a chance, plus they give you complimentary drinks and snacks for your wait. Nice touch isn’t it? :-)
I have always wanted one, saw theirs on Cars.com. Called dealer, Mike? King was my salesperson. He had the car brought up from another lot for me & was waiting when I got there. I was very pleased with all of my dealings with them. No pressure, which I really appreciated as I am a new widow & was very hesitant in buying a car by myself. The only thing was, the salesperson said he would have the car inspected & the maintenance records there for me to get so I would know what the car needed or not. I still have not recvd them & I've had the car for several weeks. They also did not have the title when I took the car, but I received it a couple of days later in the mail. Otherwise a very good experience.
My fiancé and I were looking to purchase a 4 door Jeep Wrangler. We had pretty specific needs. One day while on vacation we decided to "just go look". We test drove the jeep of our dreams! When we first approached the salesman I was pleasently surprised at the laid back sales approach. I loved not feeling pressured to make a decision. They put an offer on the table we could not refuse. We drove all the way back down there (220 miles one way) just to get out new jeep. I love how I felt like they wanted me to have to jeep not forced me into wanting it. It was the best experience I or my fiancé have every had. I would recommend this place to anyone and plan on using them for our next car!
