I never would have thought buying a new car would be so easy and comfortable. Jermario Jordan was so helpful and knowledgeable about the Jeep I bought. He made me feel very comfortable about buying from Brewbaker Prattville. I was so nervous about my credit being ran and staying in the monthly payment range that I needed to be in. The entire staff at Brewbaker was just so great. I'm going to tell everyone I know to buy from Jermario at Brewbaker Prattville. He's such a nice guy. He didn't look at me as "just another sale", but instead he got to know me and my husband. Jermario is an all around stand up guy and I am so thankful that he was my Jeep saleman.
I bought my new Dodge Ram 1500 single cap pick-up the other day there. It was a pleasant experience. The staff, salesman, etc were excellent, professional, and friendly, from the receptionist on up. The whole place was nice, clean and had a friendly atmosphere. If and when I need another vehicle, I will return there.
I don't normally take the time to write a review, but I felt obligated due to the great service I received. I came in looking for a specific car. My agent didn't rest till he found that specific car. He was very nice and courteous. I never felt pressured into anything which was very appreciative. I'd highly recommend Jack Ingram Nissan.
These staff members, starting with Alyson and Abraham then Chapman and Jimmy (and others I spoke with), were quite friendly and patient with me and worked with me until I was totally satisfied. There were no gimmicks - just the facts! Most importantly, I felt at ease among them during the buying process. Thank you, Jimmy, for the delicious lunch! Would recommend that dealership.
I had a great experience buying a car at Budget! everyone was so nice and i got a great price on my Subaru! Very helpful staff and I was greeted right when i came onto the lot! Check it out if you're looking for a car!
Service was fine. I'm a pretty regular customer. Sometimes it is hard to get any service advisor on the phone, and they don't call you back in a timely manner. As for the coutesy vehicles, I have said this before. They should be first come, first serve. Not just 2011 and newer cars. I have a 2006. Us older car owners are BNW's cash cow. We pay out of pocket or our extended warranty pays them. The newer car owners cars are still under warranty so they don't make any money on them.
I've got 4 cars from Budget over years and loved dealing with Matt Parsley
