I have owned this for almost three years and no issues whatsoever. Very reliable, good on has, and great bells and whistles inside. Love the navigation and big screen on the limited edition.
Thanks so much to Emma, David, and Jason!! They made purchasing the car we wanted so easy and actually fun to do. We will definitely be buying Chad a new truck from you guys in the future. Thanks again!!

Like it. Very comfortable. Has features I didn't expect. Interior like a car, noticed no outside noises. Like the hard top. Like comfort of back seat and able to fold.
I was looking for a SUV on line.
I found one I liked, I inquires.
Emma Rodriguez, responded and stayed on top of everything.
I went to see the vehicle, she asked questions ,the next thing i know .I was waiting for my credit to be approved. . Everyone there was very helpful and very nice. Thanks to you all

I went from a Wrangler to a Grand Cherokee. I loved my Wrangler but the Cherokee is a much smoother ride on the highway! This is the 5th Jeep that I have owned.
Was looking for a good used quality vehicle and found it at Duncan! They are great people to work with and will do everything to get you in a vehicle. Emma was great to work with, friendy and not pushy, treated me like family! I will return when looking for another vehicle and would recommend this dealer to everyone!!

Very nice truck. What I was looking for at a price I could Afford. Very nice design and loaded with features that I wanted in my next vehicle.
Emma and all other personnel were friendly and knowledgeable without being pushy. All problems were quickly solved and all promises were kept. The whole process was as smooth as it could be.

Previous to my 2017 Rubicon I owned a 2010 Liberty. It was good off road but the Rubicon takes off road experience to a new level. This is a sophisticated machine. I am not a rock hopper so I don't see myself spending money on lift kits. I can tell you that I will spend a lot of time taking moderate trails and climbing so testy hills through out Southern New Mexico.
Would highly recommend nice knowledgeable people. Easiest car buying experience I ever had, good prices would highly recommend!

I had an 07 Acura MDX. Bought it new and was very hesitant about the car from the day I brought it home. Long tenure with the car did not improve my opinion but my wife liked it so we kept it. She finally realized that the car never did what we expected so in Dec 2018 we moved to an excellent condition 2013 Grand Cherokee Overland. Car has 100 k on it.
My reaction is that it is a heck of a lot more car than the MDX. Of course, it is bigger. More powerful. I think the interior will hold up a good bit better than the Acura. By the time the MDX had 5 years and 80k miles on it the seat upholstery was already wearing. I do not note that on the Jeep.
Two tone interior is attractive as is the exterior with white pinstripe. Car appears to have been well cared for. There is a pretty nasty scuff on one of the wheels. One minor scratch on one of the doors and one on the front bumper cover. These may actually compound out.
Keyless start feature is nice although there are a few times when I could not get the engine to catch. It just kept cranking but failed to catch. Might could use a tune up.
It seems like there should be some kind of a plastic plug that could be inserted in the key fob socket. Something that says “Engine Start” which one might press (with the key inside the car). It would dress up the dashboard a good bit.
I am anxious to learn about all of the other stuff the car will do. But right now, I am pretty darned impressed. And now, my wife thinks I am a genius at buying cars.

This vehicle is exactly what I was looking for. Great gas mileage, much roomier inside than expected (I am 6'3"), has plenty of pep for a smaller engine, will be a great vehicle for commuting to work but versatile enough for running errands, taking trips or just going out for a fun drive. Completely satisfied!
the light came on in my truck concerning a malfunction. I was headed out of town and I called Nathan. I then headed over to Ramey's Service Dept. They took me right in and diagnosed my problem

I bought my Jeep new at the dealership.
It has been the most comfortable ride with so much power.
My wife and I have both enjoyed driving it over long distances to visit family.
It has met all of our needs that we expected.
After service my car set outside for over 30 minutes before anyone come with my paperwork and keys so I could leave

Only owned for 2 months so far. Only complaint so far is that the language on the dash changed to Italian on its own. Apparently this is an ongoing problem with this Jeep. Changed it back easily enough but hope not to have this happen often.
This was the fourth vehicle I have purchased from these guys, they always do a great job and provide a good service.

I really enjoy it. Plenty of front seat room. Great brakes. Rear storeage is very good.
I own the RENEGADE SPORT and it comes w/ a tire inflator , not a spare (???). I paid $322.00 and got a spare tire kit. Also , no satillite radio avail. on my model (????).
Travis Barker was very friendly and professional at the same time. He was informative and answered any and all questions we had. He made us feel like we mattered and not just another customer coming through the door. I was impressed with the friendliness of all the people working there. I believed that we were given straight answers and felt that they were honest. I would highly recommend Rameys to anyone. Thanks for the great experience!
2018 Jeep Compass Limited Left me stranded twice

My 2018 Jeep Compass Limited left me stranded twice. Both times it would not start. They were unable to find the problem. Two trips to the dealer. First time it had a little over 200 miles on it second time 3,500 miles on it. Battery is good, charges, mechanic thinks there is something that is causing the battery to lose charge, but, is unable to figure it out. I am now involved with FCA Customer Care . Hoping for a fix to the car,as, it is fun to drive when it works. Comfortable for me , fun panoramic sunroof, and a nice radio. Though being worried every time I go to start it , is not a nice way to feel. This is a safety issue. I would not buy this car again...Too many hassles with the car and aspects of having to work with FCA. I am very happy to read of all the people that are loving their cars. It gives me hope..Be sure you purchase the extra rental policy with the car..

The service manager at the facility and the secretary was very helpful . I believe the mechanic did not do a thorough inspection.I noticed the air filter was not checked.do to dirt and debris inside the compartment. I checked it myself. also noticed the air pressure in the tires was not all even pressure.

Three years owned it and aside from oil changes, no money was stuck into it. Liked it so much, we decided to lease a 2019 Cherokee. In the past owned 2 Lexus, Chevy SUV's and the Jeep was ahead of them. EXCEPT for the leg room in the back seat.
Eddie and Krystle went out of their way to make my truck purchase smooth. I live over 200 miles away and once the deal was made they delivered the truck to my door. They know how to take care of a customer.

When the Jeep is running well, I like the way it handles. However, I did not expect to deal with a defective transmission which shows itself with jerky/clunky shifting in low gears. Also, radiator came apart and needed to be replaced. Battery needed to be replaced, even though the battery indicator gauge showed it was good. It's been towed twice b/c of the problems, at my expense.
I purchased the 2005 Odyssey from out of state, over 4hrs. drive. The experience was quick and seamless. No pushy or pressure sales. I recommend working with Michaela Donchatz, internet sales. She was very professional as we communicated over text/email/phone. Michaela was very responsive and great follow-ups through out the process. Phil Quattrone did the sales, very nice guy and professional. He got me out the door within an hour as we got a long drive home. I would recommend Ramey Automotive Group for your a quality car purchase. Without hesitation, I would buy from Ramey again. Thank you Michaela and Phil.

this suv met all my needs: spacious with lots of room for luggage and camping/traveling, rides very smooth, almost feels like your riding in a boat, fully-loaded and pleasing to the eye =)
The Grand Cherokee Summit with the 5.7L Hemi is probably the best road trip car I’ve owned. With the adaptive cruise control it practically drives itself. More than enough power, plenty of room and comfort makes for arriving at your destination feeling refreshed. With Jeeps 4wd, you also have the confidence that whatever the weather or road conditions you’ll make it. Great SUV!!!
