Called ahead of time and Customer service told me what time of day would be best for me to arrive. I had two factory recalls for minor programming changes. When I got there the service person informed me there were two additional recalls for my vehicle. Another program change and a tailgate latch fix. I was done in 30 minutes.
I walked into the dealership looking to find a fuel efficient vehicle. As a young man I wasn???t sure I would even be approved for a used vehicle. K. Sells worked with me and helped me drive of the lot with a beautiful 2018 Sonata! I will definitely be coming back for my next vehicle! Thank you Hyundai of Silsbee!
I purchased two cars from Hyundai of Silsbee and by far it was the easiest experience I had. From start to finish everyone was extremely helpful. Giving me the options that I had and allowing me ample time to choose the vehicle that I wanted. I don't believe I've been to a dealership that's more customer-centric than Hyundai of Silsbee. They pride themselves in ensuring that the job gets done right the first time.
Very nice dealership for the second time, Went to just look and walked out with a new jeep. Total experience lasted about 1 1/2 hours. Very helpful. I think there should be free oil change and tire rotation for the first year HINT HINT........

Buying a car from the wrong dealer and/or salesman can be regrettable for years, but not at Hyundai of Silsbee. Terry is a very pleasant Sales Consultant to work with, he's a gentle giant, and will work for you. He gave me the BEST customer service and very knowledgeable on what car fits my situation. He and Paul (Manager) worked together to get me what I wanted. I can't leave out Robert in the finance Dept. He told a BIG BANK match her Credit Union if you want to keep her. Well the BIG BANK beat my Credit Union😜. Enough of my story, go see Terry right now. Tell him Sis. Jannie sent you. You won't be disappointed, I guarantee it!
I just want to thank Hyundai of Silsbee and especially Korri Sells for helping me get a reliable car even though my credit was not up to par and I only had a trade in and no down payment.... This was a miracle in my books and I need to thank God for that..... Also thank you for the free oil change. The only problem that I incurred was that I completed an online form to get a free Visa card if I took a "Test Drive" and I did not receive it. I have sent Korri a text and have not gotten a response. I also talked to him about it the 1st day that I was in there..... I know that it was very late when I finally got to finance and it was probably overlooked... Could someone please help me with this??????
I totaled my car and the period of time my insurance was covering a rental car was about to lapse so I needed a car asap. I had not bought a car in over 8 years and dreaded the process. Hello.. I just wanted to say.... GREAT BIG THANKS to Loretta and Kenny in SERVICE DEPT, when my car malfunctioned and I needed rescued... The extended warranty that I purchased a year ago when I bought my IMPALA LT, was a $$ saver on me. The SERVICE I received was SUPER... They helped me get my stranded car towed without COST to me. They filed all necessary paperwork on all the repairs to get me back on the road. I really thought that it would take days to get it fixed... but so ELATED it was fixed in one day... THANK YOU ALL at SILSBEE MOTOR/ SERVICE.... for making a my life easier.

Good experience with Greg Atkinson. I came in for my 10000 mile service which was already paid for as part of my new purchase but service was fast, friendly and professional. My only issue was I had to return the following week because the air pressure TPS light came back on after being told it was taken care of. They got it right the second time.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
