I had an amazing experience with my service representative, Jeremy! He was kind, friendly and I was greeted with a smile along with full knowledge of the plan for my vehicle as it was being serviced. He was even kind enough to show me around as it was my first visit to the service center. Thank you Jeremy:) Your awesome! And the waiting area was soooo comfortable I even turned down the ride home while my vehicle was being serviced and enjoyed a hot fresh cup of coffee and can’t refuse the popcorn! ;)

My wife bought me a 2016 as a gift yes it has a ton of miles but it runs and drives like a brand new car. We've had lots of road trips and no problems I'm 6,1 very comfortable even in the back seat I really like the trunk space

Purchased new 2016 Forte Five. I've had one problem with air conditioning in 2020. Dealership ordered part, in 10 days fixed. Under warranty, I paid nothing! Runs great! Oil changed regularly. Put new brake pads on all around at 45,000 miles. New Micheline tires! Really improved handling. Only 64,000 Mike's on currently. Did have to replace battery in 2022. Was over 5 years old. Great mileage! Plan on driving several years down the road!

Nice dealership wanted to appraise my car. They where busy and asked if i could come back for there appraisal. I did not come back because I got extremely busy at my job.

This car has been very reliable. Zero problems with only regular maintenance. I drive about 15,000 miles a year. I still get a lot of compliments even though it is an older model.

I had the pleasure to have John Khalil as my sales agent, who happens to not only be a welcoming and zealous sales agent at CarMax of Oceanside, CA, but also a very talented painting artist!! He had great compassion for my autistic son and made sure he was always comfortable during the efficient waiting process by offering him a cute CarMax car toy, a CarMax coloring book and crayons. He went above and beyond when complex situations came about during the bank’s verification process. The determination he had to push my situation through with his persistent diligence as I watched him communicate with high professionalism and positivity as a team with his colleagues/finance management team was remarkable!!!! Bought a car here. After several years I traded it in and bought another. Values were fair on my trade-ins. Vehicles on the website are really the ones they have on the lot. No pressure, no negotiating, huge selection. Paperwork process like normal. I did have to refinance after I left there because the interest rates were steep and I got better deal from credit union. Overall recommend. Had a car accident, will return to Carmax.

So warm and personable promptly returned phone calls and texts. I contacted at least 15 other places to be told over and over again that the vehicle was sold BUT they could show me was a more expensive model…car is lovely will update this after driving for a bit but thanks David and Ann. If I need another vehicle I will be back!

While he is a hard negotiator, I found complete honesty in dealing with Stu. The truck I bought was just as represented with no fluff. Making a verbal deal and leaving a deposit, I returned the following Friday after working in Palm Beach Gardens, a 3-1/2 hour drive. Exhausted i sat down and signed a myriad of forms and the closing document. It seemed more than our verbal agreement, but I chalked that up to faulty memory of my advanced age. i was helped transferring stuff from my trade in with a light rain falling. I shook hands and thanked him profusely for the help and drove back to Bradenton. Several day later I received a call telling me that they had not counted my trade in in the final balance. They refunded me the value of my trade with sincere apologies. I'd recommend Bud Lawrence Auto Sales to my own daughter.
