This time, I worked with Brandon for a few test drives and discussed other vehicles at nearby CarMax locations. They found a vehicle that fit my requirements and transported it in for me to test drive. A few days later, I was back for the final test drive, loved the car and purchased it. In fact, I chose to drive over an hour to work with this team because of how different the experience was from the start. Working with Brian Read was the exact opposite of what I encountered elsewhere. He was easy to communicate with, transparent, respectful, and never made me feel pressured. Coming from a high-end luxury SUV, I had pretty high expectations and wasn’t sure anything else would feel comparable.
