I just wanted to take a moment to tell you about Brian. In years past when I used to buy all my vehicles else where. It seemed like the rapport, service, and vip treatment ceased once I signed the deal. The salesman & sales manger didn't know me once I drove off the lot! But with Allan and particularly Brian it is a totally different experience! Recently my wife was rear -ended in her brand new Forte GT LINE. Even though you don't have a body shop , when I called Brian he was happy to speak to me. He was concerned for my wife's safety and well-being. My dealership in Jamestown went under. I developed an unable to charging on level 2 issue. I called several dealerships in WNY and PA. But no appointments until end of May. I called Transitowne Kia and the got me in the next day.. it?s 60 miles from home. I got there 1 hour early and they took me right in. The EV technician scanned my car and said it?s working on their level 2 and the codes said voltage too low to the car . The tech said it was a problem with my home charger and I should check the breakers. I said thank you so much for your help. They didn?t charge me one cent for the trouble shooting . I?m so happy to have come to this dealership. This is were I found my car 4 years ago but distance prevented me from coming back. But now it?s MY DEALERSHIP .
