I also want to thank Jesse for being incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. The level of customer care I received truly exceeded my expectations. On the day I initially came in, I had to leave before making a final decision because I was worried about being late for a wedding. I was also concerned that either the vehicle or the deal would be gone by the time I was able to decide. Jesse went above and beyond by marking the vehicle as sold and assuring me that I could take the weekend to discuss everything with my friends and family. He told me that if I was still interested, the car would be mine through Monday. That gesture meant so much to me because there was absolutely no pressure—just genuine customer service and understanding. After taking the weekend to think it over, I came back on Monday and purchased the car. I couldn’t be happier with my Kia K5 GT-Line and the experience I had with the team. 2021 Kia K5 review
I’m in love with this car. I love the features with my EX trim. Heated/cooled seats. Sunroof and wood grain interior. The only issue I have is I’ve never owned a car with CVT. It feels a bit odd at times compared to my previous cars. But anything is better than dealing with Ford’s DCT.

2021 Kia K5 review
I bought it brand new in October of 2020. Ironically I had planned to trade my 2017 Optima for a new Toyota Camry, but the dealer didn't have any, and sales were out 4 months! This was COVID and Toyota was clearly further behind than Kia. So, I ended up with a new K5 and couldn't be happier. The car accelerates like a dream which is what I needed living just off an Interstate I'm on almost daily. I love the large video screen and Apple Car Play. My only concern is it sits low to the ground like a sports car, but I'm getting older and it makes it a little difficult to get in and out of. Also, when parking you have to be aware of curbs and parking stops as the front end is also low and won't clear some obstacles. But, I love the car overall and plan to keep it for a few more years. I may never own a Camry now.

2021 Kia K5 review
A lot of people complain about the pirelli tires going bad too soon and brakes also. I personally had no issues with either one. The tires lasted well beyond their mileage rating and brakes didn't need replacement until after 4.5 years. I have had pretty much zero issues with my gt-line. People need to realize that these are not race cars and quit driving them like they are racecars and tires and brakes might last a little longer.

2021 Kia K5 review
No issues whatsoever. Just came back from a trip and got 41 mpg at an average of 75 mph. I would only suggest a better soundsystem for this model.
