Huffines Hyundai McKinneyReviews
Huffines Hyundai McKinney review
I worked online with Ricardo Mendoza for a few days via email, he was always prompt and courteous. I wasn't called multiple times a day or pressured to come in, because the car might not be there long. Ya know like you get from most dealerships. When I was able to make it in, he had the car detailed and ready in the event I purchased it. He was very friendly and helpful and worked very hard to make sure I was happy before I left, with a price I felt was reasonable. He even put my license plate holders on my new vehicle. It's simple things and the respect of my time, and no-pressure engagement that will cause me to return to Huffines. Also, when my blue link didn't work I texted him and he responded right back, saying I'd need to return, when I jokingly replied 'ugh' I gotta come back-he had the tech who handles it call me and get me set up and walked through using the app. It was handled within minutes. Most salespersons are done with you the day you walk out with your new vehicle. Ricardo & Aldo w/Huffines are AMAZING!

We would like to take a moment to express our sincere appreciation for the outstanding service we received from Kia service executive Douglas Robertson. Our experience with Douglas was exceptional from beginning to end, and we believe his professionalism, kindness, patience, and genuine care deserve special recognition. From the moment we arrived for our Kia service, Douglas welcomed us with a warm and friendly attitude. He immediately made us feel comfortable and confident that our vehicle and concerns were in good hands. His approachable personality and respectful manner created a positive experience from the very beginning. What impressed us most was the time Douglas took to listen carefully to our concerns. He never made us feel rushed or treated our questions as unimportant. Instead, he patiently listened, explained the service process clearly, and made sure we understood what was happening. His communication gave us confidence and made us feel that our concerns genuinely mattered. Douglas demonstrated outstanding professionalism throughout our entire experience. He was knowledgeable, organized, attentive, courteous, and always willing to answer our questions. We especially appreciated his honesty and transparency. Trust is extremely important when it comes to vehicle service, and Douglas made us feel that he genuinely cared about doing what was right for us. He carefully addressed our concerns and made sure nothing was overlooked. We could see that he takes pride in his work and is committed to providing customers with a positive experience. He also kept us informed throughout the process, so we never felt forgotten or uncertain about what was happening. Beyond his professional skills, Douglas's genuine kindness made a lasting impression. His friendly smile, patience, respectful communication, and willingness to help made us feel welcomed and valued. He understands that excellent customer service is not only about completing a service appointment, it is also about how customers are treated. Douglas truly went above and beyond our expectations. This was the first time I enjoyed the dealer experience. They gave me a good deal on the trade in and Patrick had everything ready when we got there and there were no hidden cost.

This location has always been exceptional when it comes to customer service. Although faces have changed the service has remained the same. Thank you Chase for your professionalism, patience and honesty. No one enjoys coming to a dealership to spend money. However, when you get amazing service like Chases, it’s a lot easier to visit.

I Wish I Had More Than 5 Stars to Give After recently moving from the Bay Area to Plano, I needed a vehicle quickly and had already decided on a Kia, Unfortunately, my experience with several local Kia dealerships was disappointing due to dealer add-ons, markups, and one dealership backing out of an offer they had previously committed to honor, Just when I was ready to give up on Kia altogether, I decided to contact Huffines Kia Corinth, Within 30 minutes of submitting an inquiry, Gabriel Bowden called me and asked what it would take to earn my business, I was very upfront with him: I lived over an hour away and would not make the drive unless the numbers were finalized beforehand, Gabriel respected that completely. He quickly sent me a detailed quote that was actually better than the offers had received elsewhere, and with a better-equipped vehicle, What impressed me most was the transparency. No games, no hidden fees, no surprise add-ons, The numbers discussed over the phone were exactly the numbers I signed for at the dealership. When I arrived, everything was ready. The entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free, Gabriel even took the time to walk me through all the vehicle features and made sure I was comfortable before leaving, In an industry where trust can sometimes be hard to find, Gabriel and the team at Huffines Kia Corinth earned mine. If you're shopping for a Kia in the DFW area, I highly recommend giving them a call before signing anywhere else, Thank you, Gabriel and the Huffines Kia Corinth team, for making what could have been a frustrating experience an excellent one.

Was super easy to get my Kia Forte in for it's oil change. Was able to call and get it scheduled at midnight by the bot, and had it in the next morning. Only downside if you aren't ready for it, is the wait times. Appointment was for 10am, and I left around noon, so roughly a 2 hour wait. Technician who spoke with me was super knowledgeable and helped me ensure my Kia was in top notch shape!
