Ken Ganley Kia Medina review
I had new tires put on my Telluride and I noticed they scratched one of my rims. I spoke to Ty and texted a picture of the rim. He immediately set me up an appointment to replace the rim. Upon arrival Rachelle knew the history of my situation and moved me through the installation of a new rim. Sometimes ?stuff? happens but I have to say KG Kia made things right without any hesitation. ??????????

What a friendly & family-oriented environment so close to home. I only wish I would have discovered them years ago. Best car-buying experience I've had! Will & Gerald did everything they could to earn my business without pressure. I am also confident that Will is available to help with future questions about my purchase. I love my new Buick Envison! Thank you Will Spencer & Lambert Team!!

My salesman was Hope. She did a fantastic job at finding out what could work for me as someone who doesn’t have the best credit, she was very patient and didn’t give up when I couldn’t get approved for certain cars. Very sweet.

Initial oil change and tire rotation appointment went well from the service scheduling to the car intake and finally to the dealership exit. Dealership just completed a major upgrade/renovation of the facility. All public areas are well maintained. Coffee, water and snacks are available. Dealership is located adjacent to newly renovated North Olmsted park. I took advantage of the sunny weather to walk the park paths while the service was being completed. Car was washed. Windshield fluid was topped off which is rarely done these days. Work was completed in about an hour.

Spitzer Kia ClevelandReviews
Spitzer Kia Cleveland review
Just a note I posted on Reddit concerning dealerships: Almost all of my dealership experiences have been awful. But my latest experience with Spitzer KIA in Cleveland was exactly the opposite. I traveled from Buffalo to look at 2 2024 and 2 2025 Tellurides. I wanted a V6 so 27s were out. All 4 vehicles were extremely clean. I was treated wonderful by a non commission salesman (Andrew). I decided on 1 vehicle, it was a great price to begin with, EX-XLINE, with trailer hitch and wiring, 18k miles, super clean for just about $41k. I was searching on line and a pop-up kept coming up for $500 off a purchase so I grabbed it, and when I presented it, no issues at all, they dropped the price. I flew back a couple days later, they picked me up with no wait. I got a tutorial about all the electronics and got an additional 3000 points in KIA VIP points good at any dealership. They followed up a week later to see if I had any issues. Easily my best dealership experience ever. It's a shame they are to far to travel for anything because I would stay loyal. Alexis the internet liason was really helpful. Spitzer has a bunch of dealerships in Ohio and I believe PA, none in NY.

Mike was great, he was really nice and friendly. Had some questions about my vehicle while it was getting serviced and he gave me the answers I was looking for.
