Shelby Kia review
We bought a new K4 for our daughter from here a few days ago. The process was pretty straight forward and no hidden fees like some of the other places we checked out. Was nice to go to a place that didn't try to bash us over the head with stuff we didn't need.

Over all our service experiences have been good. This last time was not the best but could have been worse. The part needed was on back order. Once it came in the vehicle was serviced and part replaced and installed in one day. After we got home I realized the EV menu was not visible on the screen. (Which you need to precondition the battery, and set charge limits in the EV. ETC...) I called and was told to bring it back next day. We took it Wednesday night, ultimately didn't get car back till Monday at 5. The problem was the part needed to be programmed for the EV platform vs Gas. Seemed like it took a little long to just reprogram. But overall it's fixed and good to go.

Use them all the time and always excellent service. Won’t use anyone else. Always fair and they don’t try to push unnecessary fixes you don’t need.
