Service was great, I schedule the appointment for 3:30pm because that was the only available time, I got a call from the company to schedule the appointment for earlier that day, service was great and the lady was very nice, friendly and she exceeded my expectations, so I will come back to get my oil changed every time at the Shawnee location.

Went to another dealer for my last 2 oil changes and each time was left with oil on the steering wheel and also dripping from under the car from not getting wiped up from removing the oil filter. When going to SM Kia for this oil change, plastic over the steering wheel and seat. Also looked under the car and was clean and not dripping oil. While Oakes Kia is close to home, I will not be taking my car there for service due to the oil issues before. SM Kia will get you a ride to work within a reasonable distance and a ride back. Even for an oil change.

Oakes Kia of Olathe review
I got a message back within a hour or so from the dealer to get more info on a car my family was interested in. We were then assigned to Noah Phillips. He is very patient and kind, and willing to answer all of our questions. Because we’re out of state, it added more work for him but he persevered, even getting the dealer to agree to help fix some items on the car for us, which led to a sold car deal for him and a new (to us) car for us! Thank you Noah and Oakes Kia of Olathe!

Customer service rep was outstanding. Polite, genuine, caught an error before it occurred. My complaint about the facility is the same as always. It?s too loud! Both TV and radio playing at the same time and people talking over those sounds. Certain employees bang doors when they come and go rather than shut gently. I always get a migraine sitting in waiting room. Otherwise, it?s clean and nice bathrooms are nearby. There are snacks but I always bring my own. They are very popular though!

Was able to get a 2018 Kia Soul. Love the car and was very pleased to be able to pick out the color I wanted. Only thing was that they were supposed have detailed the vehicle before I took possession and while it was cleaned they missed a half gallon container of pineapple juice on the floor of the back seat.

This is our 1st Kia and we absolutely love it. Had a great salesman, Derek, who went above and beyond with his customer service abilities. Knowledgeable about Kia and was able to answer our questions. Keith and Mike, asst. Managers, were quite helpful. Mike really came through in solving an issue we were having. Thank you all and we are looking forward to our new relationship with Kia and its employees.
