We were not even looking at a Kia, however, we do have one in our sights now. Kia Pat was very patient while my husband and I worked out which vehicle would be best for our family. When I called to schedule an appointment for an oil change they were very nice and answered all of my questions when I took my car in ro be serviced I didn't realize that because I needed my service ASAP that if I left my vehicle that it wouldn't be available until after 5pm and I had to be at work at 3pm so they were very kind and were able to get me in the following day, they got me home so that I wouldn't be waiting in the waiting room all day, they explained what they did when my car was done they texted me to inform me that their something that needed immediate attention and allowed me to decide to do it or not; they gave me a detailed print out of what they did, they had forgotten the reminder sticker that they give you room reminder you when you should maintenance your vehicle again so they got me one before leaving and it was pouring rain outside they were ao kind ro bring my vehicle into the service area so that I wouldn't have to get in the rain. Very friendly!!

Oakes Kia had a 2024 Mustang GT with all the options I was looking for. I have been in automotive sales and sales management for 6 years. So I am incredibly critical when on this side of the transaction. That being said this was the best car buying experience I have had in my life and its not even close. Blake Reynolds was my salesperson and he was amazing. Responded to all my questions promptly and with enthusiasm. Sent me a great video of the car before my arrival. Had it cleaned and full of gas when I got there. He had me geniuinely excited to do business with them. Blake and his manager Christian were very transparent and fair during negotiations. I geniunely feel like I got a great deal. Since I am in the business I am very familiar with vehicle values, so not only do I feel like I got a great deal, I actually know I got a great deal so if you're considering shopping here I can tell you it is most likely a great deal! They are a volume dealer so they don't try to make much money per client. That is great for the client lol. This is absolutely the place to buy your next car and if you really want to have a great time while doing it ask for Blake!
