It's nice that they offer coffee water and snacks while you wait. The only thing better is if your car is in there for a very long time they could give you a rental or guest car so you can get other things done.

We purchased a 2026 Kia K5,GT-Line car at Haleen Kia in North Olmsted, Ohio.
