I called to get an appointment to service my car's recall notice. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by a very nice gentleman who asked what I needed. I shared with him what I needed and asked if I could get an pil change also. He said that shouldn't be a problem. My car was promptly service with the 2 hr time frame I was given. I will be back!

A special shoutout to Tristen, who actually sold me my very first car back in 2023—his first sale as a salesperson at the time! It was great getting to work with him again, and he continues to provide the same outstanding customer service, professionalism, and honesty that made me trust him the first time around. I also want to thank Jesse for being incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. The level of customer care I received truly exceeded my expectations. On the day I initially came in, I had to leave before making a final decision because I was worried about being late for a wedding. I was also concerned that either the vehicle or the deal would be gone by the time I was able to decide. Jesse went above and beyond by marking the vehicle as sold and assuring me that I could take the weekend to discuss everything with my friends and family. He told me that if I was still interested, the car would be mine through Monday. That gesture meant so much to me because there was absolutely no pressure—just genuine customer service and understanding.
