Cable Dahmer Kia of LawrenceReviews
Cable Dahmer Kia of Lawrence review
We drove all the way from Texas to Kansas. We went to two dealerships by our home looking for our next vehicle, but I didn't like the service. My husband found the exact SUV I was looking for at Cable Dahmer, after we were told locally that they were not making that vehicle yet. When I spend money on something I'm looking for authenticity. My husband handlied the deal, and I know he had a great experience. What I loved is Nick Madrigal's energy! His excitement while sending us a video of a SUV that we never saw in person, hoping that we would like it in person was infectious. His excitement when we all met for the first time when we were picking up our vehicle. I was looking to buy from a person that was authentic and loved what he was doing. That's Nick! What made us drive 7 hrs to Lawrence, we didn't have to we chose to, is Nick and the experience to date. Once there everyone treated us like family. As we left the state driving back home, my husband and I both said we we were so glad we bought from Nick Madrigal, he made this experience the way it should be. Wishing them all nothing but the best!
2027 Kia Seltos review
This is a first drive review. I've been in automotive for nearly 40 years. I drive 30-40 vehicles of various makes and models every year. I cannot remember when I've been more pleasantly surprised by a vehicle. Smooth, quiet, refined, GREAT brakes. Fanstastic car worth a look!

Oakes Kia review
We went in to look at a specific used vehicle. That vehicle was actually being serviced. We did however drive 4 different makes of vehicles. We were not even looking at a Kia, however, we do have one in our sights now. Kia Pat was very patient while my husband and I worked out which vehicle would be best for our family. He was low key and answered all of our questions , we would recommend going to this dealership (Kia Pat) for a low pressure, buying experience.

Oakes Kia of Olathe review
I got a message back within a hour or so from the dealer to get more info on a car my family was interested in. We were then assigned to Noah Phillips. He is very patient and kind, and willing to answer all of our questions. Because we’re out of state, it added more work for him but he persevered, even getting the dealer to agree to help fix some items on the car for us, which led to a sold car deal for him and a new (to us) car for us! Thank you Noah and Oakes Kia of Olathe!

Oakes Kia review
I helped a friend purchase a used vehicle from Oakes Kia. She doesn't do much online, but I wanted to make sure to put a SHOUT OUT to Stacey! She was upfront, fun, asked my friend many questions to make sure she had found the right car and most of all, wanted her to feel good about her purchase when she drove off! Apparently, they aren't paid on commission, but online reviews help their pay. To each his own, but why should anyone ask a customer to reward them for doing their job? Even if you don't know STACEY, ask for her! She's upfront, honest, funny and doesn't push you. I recommend Oakes Kia, but more than anything I RECOMMEND STACEY. And did I mention she's entertaining?!!

Ryan Anderson was a great team member to work with. He was very thorough in his explanations and helpful. Even though I was just getting an oil change he made sure to give me insight on maintenance that could be coming up and was not pushy about anything.

Oakes Kia of Olathe review
I can honestly say that Christian at Oakes Kia gave us the most memorable and relaxing dealership experince I've ever had. 10/10 for him and this dealership. I really hope Oakes Kia recognizes Christian for the effort he puts into his customers. If anyone deserves a raise or a bonus, it’s him! He went above and beyond before I ever even stepped foot in the dealership, and that effort continued throughout the entire process.

Oakes was very quick to respond to my inquiry. Chuck was great to work with and very helpful. I would recommend working with them if you see a vehicle you’re interested in purchasing.

Oakes Kia review
I recently purchased a 2026 Kia Seltos from Oakes Kia. This is our 3rd Kia from Oakes. We had Ms Zoe as our sales rep and the whole process went smooth as glass. I loved the no pressure approach I got from Zoe, it was more like buying a car from a friend. Everyone from finance to the service department was just fantastic. I will be soon buying our fourth car from Oakes Kia in North Kansas City.

Oakes Kia review
Oakes Kia had a 2024 Mustang GT with all the options I was looking for. I have been in automotive sales and sales management for 6 years. So I am incredibly critical when on this side of the transaction. That being said this was the best car buying experience I have had in my life and its not even close. Blake Reynolds was my salesperson and he was amazing. Responded to all my questions promptly and with enthusiasm. Sent me a great video of the car before my arrival. Had it cleaned and full of gas when I got there. He had me geniuinely excited to do business with them. Blake and his manager Christian were very transparent and fair during negotiations. I geniunely feel like I got a great deal. Since I am in the business I am very familiar with vehicle values, so not only do I feel like I got a great deal, I actually know I got a great deal so if you're considering shopping here I can tell you it is most likely a great deal! They are a volume dealer so they don't try to make much money per client. That is great for the client lol. This is absolutely the place to buy your next car and if you really want to have a great time while doing it ask for Blake!

Customer service rep was outstanding. Polite, genuine, caught an error before it occurred. My complaint about the facility is the same as always. It?s too loud! Both TV and radio playing at the same time and people talking over those sounds. Certain employees bang doors when they come and go rather than shut gently. I always get a migraine sitting in waiting room. Otherwise, it?s clean and nice bathrooms are nearby. There are snacks but I always bring my own. They are very popular though!
