VanDevere Buick Kia review
We had the best experience here. Scott Bickley was exceptional in helping us find the right cars and best fit for us price-wise. He was very patient and willing to meet the individual needs of our family. Mac G the sales manager was also exceptional in helping us make our purchase. I cannot recommend this place enough.
2026 Kia Sorento review
We bought our 2026 Kia Sorento SX in Sept. 2025. It is equipped with a 2.5-liter, turbo charged engine. We really liked the exterior look of the Sorento. The interior is nicely appointed and comfortable. The engine produces 280 HP, so there is plenty of power when you need it. We are still getting used to the Dual Clutch transmission. It has different characteristics than automatic transmissions in previous vehicles we have owned. The Sorento is comfortable to drive, but there is a lack of road feel that we had to get used to. The dual use toggle switch that controls the climate system and infotainment system can be confusing. We also find there is excessive wind noise when going faster than 40 MPH. In the first 3000 miles we have driven the Sorento, we have one recall for a software problem, and we experienced a dead battery with no apparent cause. Overall, we like the Sorento, but we are concerned about its long-term reliability.

Ken Ganley Kia Alliance review
I had a wonderful experience working with Jim Reed to purchase my car! Jim took the time to listen to my needs and, most importantly, worked with the budget I gave him. Not only did he respect my budget, but he actually found me a car for less than what I was prepared to spend! That really meant a lot to me. Jim made the experience feel easy and stress-free, and I truly appreciated his honesty, effort, and willingness to help me find something that worked for me financially. It?s refreshing to work with someone who genuinely listens to their customer and wants to help them get the best deal possible. I highly recommend Jim Reed to anyone looking to buy a car. If you want someone who respects your budget and goes the extra mile to help you, Jim is the person to see! Thank you, Jim, for making my car-buying experience such a great one!
2026 Kia Sorento review
I absolutely love my new Kia Sorento! It has so many safety features that I actually am saving money on my car insurance with a brand new car! It drives smooth and is just the right size! One feature I didn’t get but would have liked is seat memory but if I don’t let my husband drive, I don’t have to worry about it! Lol 😂 I also wish the head rest were adjustable forward and back. I can’t seem to get my seat comfortable for my back and I’m a bit on the shorter side so the headrest hits a weird spot if I have the seat where I need it for my back. Bad back problems 🙄

Ken Ganley Kia Alliance review
We had a great experience working with Jim at Ken Ganley Kia in Alliance! From start to finish, Jim was extremely helpful, personable, and genuinely made us feel taken care of throughout the entire process. He was never pushy or pressured us into making a decision, which made the entire car-buying experience much more comfortable and enjoyable. We were also trading in our truck, and Jim went above and beyond to make sure we received the best possible deal on our trade-in and new vehicle. He took the time to work with us, explore our options, and make sure everything worked out in our favor. What really stood out was that he was actually able to help us secure a better financing deal through Kia than what our own credit union was offering, which we greatly appreciated. Throughout the entire process, Jim was professional, honest, patient, and easy to talk to. We never felt pressured or rushed, and it was clear that he genuinely cared about helping us make the best decision for our family. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If you’re looking to purchase a vehicle at Ken Ganley Kia in Alliance, I highly recommend asking for Jim. He truly made the entire process a positive experience!

CarMax Tinley Park review
Wouldn't do it any other way. I was very well treated and the buying process was quick and painless. The vehicle I liked was taken offline for 2 days until I was able to go to the dealer and test drive it. I thought that was a pretty nice feature.

CarMax SchaumburgReviews
CarMax Schaumburg review
I was very pleased with my experience. I started at CarMax to "try on" several cars from several manufacturers. The salesman (Jack) was happy to oblige, despite it being cold and rainy. We walked the lot and I sat in ~20 cars. I went home and researched them some more, scheduled a few to test drive and came back on Jack's day off. This time, I worked with Brandon for a few test drives and discussed other vehicles at nearby CarMax locations. They found a vehicle that fit my requirements and transported it in for me to test drive. A few days later, I was back for the final test drive, loved the car and purchased it. Jack and Brandon kept good communication, weren't pushy and were a pleasure to work with. The business office was quick and explained the paperwork and processes effectively. Now, two weeks on, I'm very pleased with my car and experience. Thanks!
