Spitzer Kia Cleveland review
What a fantastic buying experience from start to finish! I was greeted buy salesman Luis Luna when first entering the dealership. We got right down to business. I told Luis what I was looking for, went on a test drive, and back to the dealership to finalize the transaction. What a great vice at the dealership. I spoke to many people at the dealership at my relatively short stay. I got what I wanted and headed home with my Telluride! From Luis my salesman to the General Sales Manager to the finance manager to the cashiers, everyone was so friendly and positive! I am a big fan of Spitzer Kia West and I’m sure a future loyal customer! Thank you Luis Luna and the great people at Spitzer Kia West!

I bought my fourth car from Spitzer last week and wanted to say how much I love this dealership. I never feel pressured to make a purchase, and I always receive great service. Thanks, George!
2026 Kia Sorento review
I absolutely love my new Kia Sorento! It has so many safety features that I actually am saving money on my car insurance with a brand new car! It drives smooth and is just the right size! One feature I didn’t get but would have liked is seat memory but if I don’t let my husband drive, I don’t have to worry about it! Lol 😂 I also wish the head rest were adjustable forward and back. I can’t seem to get my seat comfortable for my back and I’m a bit on the shorter side so the headrest hits a weird spot if I have the seat where I need it for my back. Bad back problems 🙄

Jack was great to deal with. He was knowledgeable and showed us a number of cars with the options we were looking for to compare make and models. Would definitely look for a car with him again.
2026 Kia Sorento review
We bought our 2026 Kia Sorento SX in Sept. 2025. It is equipped with a 2.5-liter, turbo charged engine. We really liked the exterior look of the Sorento. The interior is nicely appointed and comfortable. The engine produces 280 HP, so there is plenty of power when you need it. We are still getting used to the Dual Clutch transmission. It has different characteristics than automatic transmissions in previous vehicles we have owned. The Sorento is comfortable to drive, but there is a lack of road feel that we had to get used to. The dual use toggle switch that controls the climate system and infotainment system can be confusing. We also find there is excessive wind noise when going faster than 40 MPH. In the first 3000 miles we have driven the Sorento, we have one recall for a software problem, and we experienced a dead battery with no apparent cause. Overall, we like the Sorento, but we are concerned about its long-term reliability.

Kia of Streetsboro review
This is regarding Cleo Nettler Jr as my salesman Cleo of Kia Streesboro, truly the best salesman I have encountered , ever! He is a wonderful person to work with. He wants to do his best to understand what YOU want and to not push you at all, he will go above and beyond to get you the best price he can and very knowledgeable with the vehicles and there options. I have never known Cleo before this last purchase but I think I can say he is now my salesman and also a good friend. As an example: Cleo took time away from his family and his busy life to come in on his day off to accommodate my schedule. My review—You could not do better that Cleo!!

Don Cronin was my sales man he was very patient, kind and respectful. I also met w the manager Shane who was also great! This is my first Kia, I?ve always gone to Toyota in mentor until I was lied to and treated poorly. Thank you Kia of mentor for a great experience.

I have a 2023 Acadia, it was making a random grinding noise. I took it to a GMC dealer in Bedford, they had it for 8 days, got it back same problem. I took it to Preston in Burton, "Paul Huler" top quality Service Tech. found and solved my problem. Thanks, Paul for not giving up where the other guys did. Lifetime customer now !!

We had great customer service! The wait was relatively short in a nice waiting room with hot coffee. We left with a freshly washed car. I always recommend Kia.

CarMax KenoshaReviews
CarMax Kenosha review
I would highly recommend Carmax Kenosha. We setup an appt and test drive on their website, and Sergio reached out right away and put the vehicle on hold for us. When we arrived the car was ready for us to test drive, and while we were test driving they looked over our current trade in. We got a fair value on our trade in, a fair price on our new vehicle, and we were in and out in under 2 hours. Thanks Carmax and Sergio for the awesome experience!!
