I had scheduled service on my 2018 Kia Soul. Before my appointment I received a message about scheduling a consultation for a trade in. Ethan brigs was my service advisor. He got me in quickly and directed me to the waiting area while services were performed. My service included a complimentary 5 point inspection in which everything was explained in clear detail. I did not have any intentions of leaving in a new car today, but Jacob Edgerton met with me to discuss what I was interested, and even though he did not think he would find what I was looking for in my price range, he actually pulled through and found something I could not pass up. My Kia Soul was in good shape, but I needed something a little more spacious. Jacob got me in a 2020 Kia Sportage with all the bells and whistles, only 36000 miles, and very close to my requested monthly payment range. He was not pushy with the sale but we took a look at the vehicle, I took it for a test drive, and took the plunge! 2026 Kia Sorento review
I absolutely love my new Kia Sorento! It has so many safety features that I actually am saving money on my car insurance with a brand new car! It drives smooth and is just the right size! One feature I didn’t get but would have liked is seat memory but if I don’t let my husband drive, I don’t have to worry about it! Lol 😂 I also wish the head rest were adjustable forward and back. I can’t seem to get my seat comfortable for my back and I’m a bit on the shorter side so the headrest hits a weird spot if I have the seat where I need it for my back. Bad back problems 🙄

2026 Kia Sorento review
We bought our 2026 Kia Sorento SX in Sept. 2025. It is equipped with a 2.5-liter, turbo charged engine. We really liked the exterior look of the Sorento. The interior is nicely appointed and comfortable. The engine produces 280 HP, so there is plenty of power when you need it. We are still getting used to the Dual Clutch transmission. It has different characteristics than automatic transmissions in previous vehicles we have owned. The Sorento is comfortable to drive, but there is a lack of road feel that we had to get used to. The dual use toggle switch that controls the climate system and infotainment system can be confusing. We also find there is excessive wind noise when going faster than 40 MPH. In the first 3000 miles we have driven the Sorento, we have one recall for a software problem, and we experienced a dead battery with no apparent cause. Overall, we like the Sorento, but we are concerned about its long-term reliability.

It was 5 star service all the way up to the finance guy. That’s why I took off 1 from my rating. I would give everyone else 5 stars!!! The Finance guy pushed extra warranty and tried to make you feel stupid for not choosing what he wanted you to choose. Very unprofessional!!!!!!! I almost walked out. If it wasn’t for the Salesman “Billy” I would have. Overall great dealership and great Salesman! The finance guy definitely needs some training on customer service and respect of others. We have purchased 3 cars from this dealership and drove 1 hour and 45 minutes that tells you how much we like the care and service of this Dealership.
