2025 Kia Soul review
Excellent vehicle except the standard headlights are terrible. They are not bright at all. Even on high beams they do not light up the road adequately. I am looking into adding additional led light sources to supplement the head lights. Unfortunately they dealer tell me they cannot swap out the halogen bulbs for led ones.

Like to thank Andrew and his team for making a great car purchase experience for my niece a few days ago, she was jacked around with a couple of the new car dealerships around town and was over it. I took her to Parkway Auto’s and she got what she wanted with Andrew at Parkway Auto’s, he sat her down and explained how the whole process worked. He didn’t have the vehicle she wanted but he found one for her, he worked hard for his customer. After he found it for her he dispatched his team to go after it, the next day it arrived! The process is quite remarkable, after the car arrives it goes to his mechanic for a check to make sure there’s not a problem with it; every vehicle goes through that process. I have bought 2 vehicles from him and have not one single problem with them, keep up general maintenance they will last. I really like how he shared the process with her and myself, very transparent; she is 21 and this has been a great first-time car purchase experience for her, he took her step by step through the whole process. 2024 Kia Soul review
This is the second Soul I've owned. The first one was a 2022 LX model and had some problems with the idle stop/start feature. It took 5 trips to the dealer before the issue was resolved. The 2024 LX model I recently purchased is roomy and has a number of standard features that are extra-cost on most other vehicles. The engine provides a lot of pep considering it's only 2.0 liter and non-turbo. The ride is a bit rough--not sure if that's inherent with the car or due to the lousy roads where I live. At any rate, I'm a very satisfied customer!

2023 Kia Soul review
I have had my 2023 KIA Soul Sport since March of 2023. I love it, because it's comfortable, fast (little red button) especially in Michigan. I have had it up to 111mph without even trying, as i was trying to get out of a situation in Michigan. I use a wheelchair, and so the space is good for that and family, and groceries. It is awesome on gas too. I was surprised at how well it handled in the snow. No worries there. This is my third KIA, and as long as the warranty stays the same or gets better, i will still purchase them.

We came from Winchester on April 3rd to check out a NEW K5. The first gentlemen we DID NOT like. He just was not very professional. He then handed us off to Chris Staley. I was very impressed with Chris. He was very professional and not at all pushy. I drove a new K4 but it did not have the options I wanted. Then I drove a K5 but it had red interior. It would be nice for a short time but I would have gotten very tired of it in a short period of time. We left to think. The following week I made a couple calls to Chris with questions. The following Friday, April 10 , I called and asked if Chris could get a White K5 with the options I wanted from another location. On Saturday the 11 of April we drove back to Don Franklin to check it out and make a deal. I LOVE my new KIA. I had bought a NEW KIA in 2001 and loved it also, but refused to go BACK to Cartown in Nichlosville. I am so glad we were handed off to Chris Staley. Chris is a GREAT salesmen !! I will definitely send anyone looking for a new or used car to Summerset and to Chris Staley.
