I'm 63 years old and have purchased new vehicles from over 10 dealerships in the past 40 years. I recently purchased a 2025 Land Cruiser from Jeff Wyler Toyota of Clarksville, IN. It was by far the best car buying experience of my life. Friendly, competent, professional staff who were reasonable to deal with, knowledgable of the products they sell, and were considerate of my time. I drove two hours from my home to buy from this dealership instead of numerous Toyota dealerships much closer to my home who have not been as easy to work with. I'll be calling them again when it's time to buy a new Toyota.

The car is very reliable, bigger in the inside than you would expect, rides smooth, but the best part is its perfect for shorter people.

The Kia Soul is great for commuting and getting around town. It gets very good mileage and has everything I need to get comfortably from point A to point B. It's not a "Grand Tourer." It won't set your heart aflutter as your roar down the interstate. But it's comfortable to drive, the styling is good (I kind of like the older model years slightly better), and the features are well thought out and valuable. I REALLY like the Kia Soul! The one I won now is my second one, and I wouldn't be surprised if I end up with another some day.

Had a wonderful experience with Dylan! I wanted a car that needed to be ordered. I visited NINE different KIA stores between Florida, Kentucky, Tennessee, and Indiana (2 of 9 being in Kentucky). The courtesy and knowledge Dylan provided ultimately made me choose purchasing from this Kia location & with him specifically. He is not your average “pushy” car salesman - very respectful and straight forward which I appreciated as a young female car purchaser. He was reasonable to work with as far as budget goes and ensured I got exactly what I wanted (car model/color/trim). He was also communicative throughout the entire ordering process (which can take quite a bit of time), and even went the extra mile to help suggest a safe hotel location/etc as I was traveling from out of state to purchase the car. On the day of purchase was VERY patient with me. Could not recommend enough!!

Before purchase, I did extensive research on this vehicle bc it was it was as close to a Mini Countryman in design as I could find. I am completely satisfied & never regretted after many miles & years. I am forever amazed at how well it is designed for comfort & ease of repairs. It contains more standard options than most and more than some expensive top of the line brands. After 9 years behind the wheel of this 2014 plus, I can only desire two faults that I'd improve, and that's the sides of the hood get dented very easily & the steering "feel" is very dead and unresponsive

I recently visited Kia Store East to upgrade our 2020 Kia Forte to a 2023 Kia Forte GT for my daughter. I had the privilege of working with Rob McAlmont and he is the absolute best! Definitely very comfortable driving this car. Good on gas. Has a lot of great options and a lot more room inside than I thought it would have 4 adults can sit very comfortably and this car.

And he was MORE than willing to answer all of my questions, (financial and/or about the car itself). He worked diligently with me to get me into the car I wanted. In addition to Michael, all the other members of the staff were equally friendly, down to earth, attentive, and helpful. I've never enjoyed buying a car before in my life, until I purchased this car from KIA. ( I am 66 years old and have purchased 3 or 4 cars in my lifetime.) It was actually FUN! Start to finish we were there about 4 hours. No pressure, we got the car we wanted. We told our salesman the payment we needed to be at. He came back to the table a little higher and we told him it just wasn't in our budget. We worked out another solution, and we drove away paying exactly what we told him we were able to pay. All of the people were polite and friendly, the lot was clean, the building was nice and clean and we couldn't have had a better experience. Love our new ride.

This is the second Soul I've owned. The first one was a 2022 LX model and had some problems with the idle stop/start feature. It took 5 trips to the dealer before the issue was resolved. The 2024 LX model I recently purchased is roomy and has a number of standard features that are extra-cost on most other vehicles. The engine provides a lot of pep considering it's only 2.0 liter and non-turbo. The ride is a bit rough--not sure if that's inherent with the car or due to the lousy roads where I live. At any rate, I'm a very satisfied customer!

After driving my GF's 2020 Soul Xline and her mother's 2020 Ex round trip from Arizona to Wisconsin I decided to buy a 2023 Soul Ex for myself and my GF's also purchased a new one. I'm 6'3" and am comfortable driving cross country, the car is smooth and doesn't have the horrible road noise associated with smaller FWD vehicles. The soul is a fun to drive great value vehicle. After 10 months and 10K miles I've had zero Issues and am extremely happy with my soul.

I just purchased a 2017 Nissan Frontier from Byerly Nissan. Denny Onstott, the sales representative, was extremely helpful and made this the smoothest vehicle purchase I've ever done. Byerly Nissan had exactly the vehicle configuration I needed and reasonably priced. Couldn't find this vehicle in my home state of Arizona so traveled to Byerly Nissan on a hunch that they would treat me well. They did and earned my respect. Denny Onstott and Trisha Brown had all the paperwork ready and explained everything very well. I was also able to speak with the Service Manager and get answers to questions I had about maintenance. All in all an exceptional purchase from a top notch dealership. I would also like to give my thanks to Cars.com who located the vehicle I purchased at this dealership. I have owned a Kia Soul Brownstone Edition for 6 years now. It hasn't given us any issues aside from a brake ABS failure in warranty. However, since Kia skimped out on immobilizers, I wouldn't get one without push button start, which is most of them, unfortunately. While they extended the warranty on the engine, they have plenty of fundamental issues with it, and also, my Kia after 4 years, has noises in front and back suspension sway bars, and the strut tower bearings make noise. While these don't need to be fixed, they make the car sound like crap. I just drove a 2019 Kona with the same amount of miles, and the suspension on that was just fine. Might be due to the larger wheels and smaller profile tires, I don't know. If Kia ever sells the EV soul in the US, I'd get that. So far, they've been good.

Bigger than it looks. Very comfortable. Very durable. I have had zero problems. I am diligent about oil changes and tire rotations and it performs wonderfully. If I ever buy another new car, I am getting a KIA for sure and most likely the Soul. It is so fun to drive.
