Haasz Automall review
If you’re looking for the good guys in the automotive industry, you will find them in Rick, Andy, Mike and Justin at Haasz Automall of Ravenna. These guys worked as a team and provided me with the best experience I’ve had buying a new car. I did not feel pressured at any point in my path to purchase. Rick was patient with me and worked with me for almost four months as I figured out what I wanted to do. Once I was ready to buy, all four of these guys stepped up to meet my needs so I could drive away a very happy customer. Whenever the need arises, I will be returning to Haasz Automall of Ravenna.

Comfortable! Reliable! Cool style that My Cool Dad would have Loved!!! Hassan at Kia Springfield chose this car for me. He was 100 percent correct! I will never buy a regular car again. To be lifted off floor is fantastic. I feel so safe driving it. I highly recommend Kia Soul!!!

Got an oil change and tire rotation by appointment. Left feeling satisfied that my vehicle is in great shape and knowledgeable about any work that I should plan for in the next year.
2024 Kia Soul review
This is the second Soul I've owned. The first one was a 2022 LX model and had some problems with the idle stop/start feature. It took 5 trips to the dealer before the issue was resolved. The 2024 LX model I recently purchased is roomy and has a number of standard features that are extra-cost on most other vehicles. The engine provides a lot of pep considering it's only 2.0 liter and non-turbo. The ride is a bit rough--not sure if that's inherent with the car or due to the lousy roads where I live. At any rate, I'm a very satisfied customer!

2017 Kia Soul review
I have owned a Kia Soul Brownstone Edition for 6 years now. It hasn't given us any issues aside from a brake ABS failure in warranty. However, since Kia skimped out on immobilizers, I wouldn't get one without push button start, which is most of them, unfortunately. While they extended the warranty on the engine, they have plenty of fundamental issues with it, and also, my Kia after 4 years, has noises in front and back suspension sway bars, and the strut tower bearings make noise. While these don't need to be fixed, they make the car sound like crap. I just drove a 2019 Kona with the same amount of miles, and the suspension on that was just fine. Might be due to the larger wheels and smaller profile tires, I don't know. If Kia ever sells the EV soul in the US, I'd get that. So far, they've been good.

Ken Ganley Kia Alliance review
We had a great experience working with Jim at Ken Ganley Kia in Alliance! From start to finish, Jim was extremely helpful, personable, and genuinely made us feel taken care of throughout the entire process. He was never pushy or pressured us into making a decision, which made the entire car-buying experience much more comfortable and enjoyable. We were also trading in our truck, and Jim went above and beyond to make sure we received the best possible deal on our trade-in and new vehicle. He took the time to work with us, explore our options, and make sure everything worked out in our favor. What really stood out was that he was actually able to help us secure a better financing deal through Kia than what our own credit union was offering, which we greatly appreciated. Throughout the entire process, Jim was professional, honest, patient, and easy to talk to. We never felt pressured or rushed, and it was clear that he genuinely cared about helping us make the best decision for our family. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If you’re looking to purchase a vehicle at Ken Ganley Kia in Alliance, I highly recommend asking for Jim. He truly made the entire process a positive experience!

2023 Kia Soul review
I have had my 2023 KIA Soul Sport since March of 2023. I love it, because it's comfortable, fast (little red button) especially in Michigan. I have had it up to 111mph without even trying, as i was trying to get out of a situation in Michigan. I use a wheelchair, and so the space is good for that and family, and groceries. It is awesome on gas too. I was surprised at how well it handled in the snow. No worries there. This is my third KIA, and as long as the warranty stays the same or gets better, i will still purchase them.

2023 Kia Soul review
The Kia Soul is great for commuting and getting around town. It gets very good mileage and has everything I need to get comfortably from point A to point B. It's not a "Grand Tourer." It won't set your heart aflutter as your roar down the interstate. But it's comfortable to drive, the styling is good (I kind of like the older model years slightly better), and the features are well thought out and valuable. I REALLY like the Kia Soul! The one I won now is my second one, and I wouldn't be surprised if I end up with another some day.

Lenz Truck - Fond du Lac, WI review
Very friendly, unfortunately a long ride to get there. They were very busy, so no one really went over all the features of the truck with us. I am very pleased overall with my new truck and finding it on cars.com.

Great driver. Good gas mileage. Problem free. Second soul I have owned and just as good. My first was a 2013 and I had it for 6 years. I've had this one for over 3 years,

In 4 years only one problem, horn failed 3 times. Last time I had it mounted differently and never failed again. This was covered by warranty
