CarMax Independence BoulevardReviews
CarMax Independence Boulevard review
We were interested in a vehicle at CarMax about 275 miles from where we live. We paid to have the car delivered to the location near us. There was nothing specific that the CarMax dealer did other than be sure the car was moved as quickly as possible. We did not visit the location where the car was being offered and the car was not delivered to our home.
2023 Kia Carnival review
15k miles so far and the Carnival has performed great. We purchased the LX model with cloth seats and without the seat package. We prefer cloth over leather. The engine is very powerful and smooth. Tons of space in all three rows. My neice who is "too cool for minivans" dropped her jaw when she saw all the space when the third row folded into the floor. She has one child now but I think I converted her to a minivan(MPV) fan! We have a 2004 Odyssey as well with 185k miles. Minivans for life! That's how we roll.

I had to get a car in one day. A terrible pinch for the dealership. They rose to the occasion with kindness and honesty and had me out-the-door with a great deal before 2pm. Thanks especially to Delane Sheppard and Levi Durst. You guys made a difficult day easy!

2023 Kia Carnival review
We have had our Carnival for about 6 months. I love it!! It is my favorite car ever and I was a Ford Explorer fan before. It is so comfortable and rides like a dream. We can comfortably carry 8 adults with no problems. It has plenty of power and still gets 25-27 MPG around town. The seating configuration is amazing the way they lay down or come out. Being able to see the back while driving is a definite plus, carrying grand babies. And it even becomes its own WiFi spot! The warranty is unbeatable and the service is so good. Highly recommend!!!

12/5 Stars!!! Haiden was the best! Her communication was fantastic all the way through keys in hand. As someone who asks a lot of questions, I deeply appreciated how patient and thorough she was. She walked us through all the vehicle tech and safety features, and made sure we felt 100% confident before making a decision. We will definitely refer anyone and everyone to Haiden!
2024 Kia Carnival review
I've had this car since I leased it when it was brand new. Just converted the lease to buying it. The car is roomy and has all the options you could ask for. The car is comfortable and does verywell on gas mileage on the highway.

Southwest Kia of Mesquite review
I would like to thank Brett, Preston M and Andrew in service. They have superb knowledge and GREAT customer service. I love the way the service team acknowledge me when they recognized my face (Kris T) Mark S for showing me where the coffee station was. Mason for making me a cup of coffee. The Parts team helped me with product information. I would recommend Southwest Kia over and over again. Thanks again for all you do!!’nn
2025 Kia Carnival review
I traded a 2021 Telluride for the Carnival because it was more practical and versatile for transporting young children. Although they had the same trim levels, the quality of interior materials - seats, door panels, etc. - in the Telluride were superior to the Carnival. The "ride," handling and comfort of the Telluride also far exceeded that of the Carnival. I miss the Telluride but appreciate the functionally of the Carnival.
