Follow up review post purchase. I was on the way to work & I ran over a nail. I stopped by Belle tire to learn that the tire tread was so low that I couldn't have the nail removed. Unaware of the condition of the tires post purchase I returned to alderman's to discuss with Michael if there is something we could have missed on the inspection. Instead of giving me any pushback he asked me what I would like. I asked him for two new tires and he made it happen on the spot. A+ customer service. Very appreciative of Michael.
2024 Kia Carnival review
I've had this car since I leased it when it was brand new. Just converted the lease to buying it. The car is roomy and has all the options you could ask for. The car is comfortable and does verywell on gas mileage on the highway.

I was happy to hear from Joe the sales fellow to let me know they had a car I was interested in he kept me informed regarding inventory. Joe had built a repor with me on prior visits and test drives. When I went for test drive this time I was told Joe was not available so another sales person handed my test drive and negotiated the sale. I did let them know that Joe was the reason I was there and was assured Joe would be ,(Taken care of as well) , what I was told ! This was ok until I saw Joe and he was surprised to see me at the dealership! I did purchase a car and got a great deal I am pleased with my purchase. I am bothered by the ethics of the staff and how they treat coworkers! I am finding this unsettling!
2025 Kia Carnival review
I traded a 2021 Telluride for the Carnival because it was more practical and versatile for transporting young children. Although they had the same trim levels, the quality of interior materials - seats, door panels, etc. - in the Telluride were superior to the Carnival. The "ride," handling and comfort of the Telluride also far exceeded that of the Carnival. I miss the Telluride but appreciate the functionally of the Carnival.

He recorded the drive and showed that everything worked and that there were no CELs. And even tho I’ve only had the car for a couple of weeks, it’s driving great. 2015 Kia Sedona review
Bought in 2016 with 6000 miles. Not the quietest ride but currently at 125,000 miles and no major issues yet. Only problem was original set of rear tires wore out on the inside edge. The tire shop said Kia had that problem from the factory and he installed a shim kit to make the alignment correct. No problem with that issue since. Mileage is good for a large minivan. At 70 to 80 MPH I get 26 mpg average depending on which state I am buying fuel in. I love being able to switch from Automatic transmition to a manual transmission when going down steep mountain grades. I am actually shopping for a used Kia 2017 to 2020 right now with low miles to replace this one.
