Follow up review post purchase. I was on the way to work & I ran over a nail. I stopped by Belle tire to learn that the tire tread was so low that I couldn't have the nail removed. Unaware of the condition of the tires post purchase I returned to alderman's to discuss with Michael if there is something we could have missed on the inspection. Instead of giving me any pushback he asked me what I would like. I asked him for two new tires and he made it happen on the spot. A+ customer service. Very appreciative of Michael.
2024 Kia Carnival review
I've had this car since I leased it when it was brand new. Just converted the lease to buying it. The car is roomy and has all the options you could ask for. The car is comfortable and does verywell on gas mileage on the highway.

Working with Stacie and her staff, as well as Katie in Parts, has honestly been the most pleasant and enjoyable car buying experience I?ve ever had! I have always been apprehensive about the idea of purchasing a car ?online,? without actually seeing the car and meeting the sales people, in-person, but working with Stacie completely dissolved any of my predisposed nervousness about the process. Stacie is clearly a ?car gal? herself, and sent me great personal photos and videos of the car that made feel like I was right there in the showroom looking at the car myself. She also went WAAAY over and above by coordinating with my PPF company in Bowling Green for having the car ready for them to load on their trailer and putting my insurance card in the car for me, as well as personally securing all of my sales paperwork for me for when I can come and retrieve them in person. She also spent considerable effort coordinating with Katie in Parts to order additional option items that I desired for the car, and managed to save me a considerable amount on the parts and accessories. I feel like I not only found the car of my dreams, but also found a wonderful new friend in Stacie. If only every car purchase experience could be like this!
2024 Kia Carnival review
Car is safety oriented. Has a VERY Steep learning curve, but once figured out very nice too drive, Manuals are lacking an interactive pdf, just a plain pdf. There are 4 manuals a lot to read. Car is long and wide so keep that in mind when taking turns. Most features can be customized under systems. I recommend sitting in car with manuals, and try out the features.

My wife and I experienced a serious overheating problem in our Santa Fe while driving from our home in Kansas City to Chicago. We found Kunes Hyundai online and were blown away by the superior service they offered. Kyle served as our service advisor, and he went above and beyond to take care of us. He patiently explained the problem, told us they had to order a part, and promised the vehicle would be done by Tuesday. When I left the facility, Kyle said he was on the phone trying to work a little magic to get the part sooner. I don't know who he called or what he said, but he worked the magic. The part came on Monday, and they had the Santa Fe fixed and back to us a day ahead of schedule! That was tremendous. We were already sold on the Hyundai, but this experience reminded us again of why we are on our third vehicle. The level of customer care is off the charts at Hyundai. And Kyle is the best service advisor we've ever had. The repairs fixed the problem and got us safely back home to Kansas City. I would gladly recommend Kunes Hyundai without hesitation. 2023 Kia Carnival review
We have had our Carnival for about 6 months. I love it!! It is my favorite car ever and I was a Ford Explorer fan before. It is so comfortable and rides like a dream. We can comfortably carry 8 adults with no problems. It has plenty of power and still gets 25-27 MPG around town. The seating configuration is amazing the way they lay down or come out. Being able to see the back while driving is a definite plus, carrying grand babies. And it even becomes its own WiFi spot! The warranty is unbeatable and the service is so good. Highly recommend!!!

I was happy to hear from Joe the sales fellow to let me know they had a car I was interested in he kept me informed regarding inventory. Joe had built a repor with me on prior visits and test drives. When I went for test drive this time I was told Joe was not available so another sales person handed my test drive and negotiated the sale. I did let them know that Joe was the reason I was there and was assured Joe would be ,(Taken care of as well) , what I was told ! This was ok until I saw Joe and he was surprised to see me at the dealership! I did purchase a car and got a great deal I am pleased with my purchase. I am bothered by the ethics of the staff and how they treat coworkers! I am finding this unsettling!
2025 Kia Carnival review
I traded a 2021 Telluride for the Carnival because it was more practical and versatile for transporting young children. Although they had the same trim levels, the quality of interior materials - seats, door panels, etc. - in the Telluride were superior to the Carnival. The "ride," handling and comfort of the Telluride also far exceeded that of the Carnival. I miss the Telluride but appreciate the functionally of the Carnival.
