Had a car shipped from NJ to the Doral Office. Needless to say, the car was not in show condition. The manager, Andrew, quickly attempted to correct the issue but the car was NOT for us. Andrew took the time to find something comparable and we ended up purchasing that one! Andrew sent above and beyond. He passed me the Michael Castillo to complete the sale, and again, Michael went above and beyond in making sure everything was in order. While I would give poor marks to the NJ Carmax, i give great marks to the Doral location for making things right.
2020 Kia Sedona review
This is the 3rd time We've owned a Kia Sedona. I love that the back seats fold into the floor. It's so roomy. It's perfect for me hauling kids or a ton of comic books when I buy a collection. This one I bought only had 9k miles on it.

2019 Kia Sedona review
The only negative is went to open passenger front door and the whole door handle came off. Will cost between $150.00 and &300.00 to get a new handle (plastic)put on. This is our second Sedona)

Jeff went above and beyond to resolve an incredibly frustrating situation and completely restored my faith in trusting a dealership. I came into this situation understandably frustrated after experiencing a major transmission failure shortly after purchasing my vehicle from Hendrick. What initially felt like an overwhelming and disappointing situation could have easily turned into an even worse customer experience. Instead, Jeff, as the Service Manager, took ownership of the situation and worked diligently to find a resolution. He listened to my concerns, took the time to understand the circumstances, and worked with his team to find a solution that significantly reduced my out-of-pocket expense. He also made sure I had transportation while my vehicle was being repaired, including shuttle transportation to and from the service center as needed. That was incredibly helpful given my family’s transportation situation and made an already stressful experience much easier to manage. What impressed me most was Jeff’s willingness to go above and beyond what I expected from a service department. He didn’t simply point to the service contract and tell me what couldn’t be done. He advocated for me, communicated with me, followed through on what he said he would do, and worked to find a solution that was fair. As a customer, having someone in a leadership position who is willing to personally take ownership of a difficult situation makes an enormous difference. Jeff turned what could have been a terrible experience into one that ultimately restored my confidence in Hendrick. Jeff represents the kind of service leadership that makes customers feel heard, valued, and taken care of. After this experience, I would absolutely feel comfortable returning to Hendrick for future service, and I would not hesitate to recommend Jeff to anyone looking for a service manager who genuinely cares about his customers. Thank you, Jeff, for going above and beyond when it really mattered. You have absolutely earned my 5-star review! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
2023 Kia Carnival review
We have had our Carnival for about 6 months. I love it!! It is my favorite car ever and I was a Ford Explorer fan before. It is so comfortable and rides like a dream. We can comfortably carry 8 adults with no problems. It has plenty of power and still gets 25-27 MPG around town. The seating configuration is amazing the way they lay down or come out. Being able to see the back while driving is a definite plus, carrying grand babies. And it even becomes its own WiFi spot! The warranty is unbeatable and the service is so good. Highly recommend!!!

2024 Kia Carnival review
Car is safety oriented. Has a VERY Steep learning curve, but once figured out very nice too drive, Manuals are lacking an interactive pdf, just a plain pdf. There are 4 manuals a lot to read. Car is long and wide so keep that in mind when taking turns. Most features can be customized under systems. I recommend sitting in car with manuals, and try out the features.

2023 Kia Carnival review
15k miles so far and the Carnival has performed great. We purchased the LX model with cloth seats and without the seat package. We prefer cloth over leather. The engine is very powerful and smooth. Tons of space in all three rows. My neice who is "too cool for minivans" dropped her jaw when she saw all the space when the third row folded into the floor. She has one child now but I think I converted her to a minivan(MPV) fan! We have a 2004 Odyssey as well with 185k miles. Minivans for life! That's how we roll.

2022 Kia Carnival review
AMAZING MPV!! Bought 2022 SX Prestige with captain chairs in May 2021. Had 175,000 miles and drove like new. Only did Oil changes/tire rotations and filters (easy to change by yourself) and new tires 2x and a new battery at 150k was all I had to Maintenance. Was very spacious for up to 4 adults but too small for 7 adults. My last one was a total loss but would love another one. Was awesome in snow with all weather tires.

I've had this car since I leased it when it was brand new. Just converted the lease to buying it. The car is roomy and has all the options you could ask for. The car is comfortable and does verywell on gas mileage on the highway.

2025 Kia Carnival review
I traded a 2021 Telluride for the Carnival because it was more practical and versatile for transporting young children. Although they had the same trim levels, the quality of interior materials - seats, door panels, etc. - in the Telluride were superior to the Carnival. The "ride," handling and comfort of the Telluride also far exceeded that of the Carnival. I miss the Telluride but appreciate the functionally of the Carnival.
