My previous car was in an accident 5 days before Hurricane Michael. My insurance company allowed me a rental car. I was given a Kia Sportage. Blessing the rental was not damaged during the hurricane. I was able to keep that vehicle for 30 days because I didn't know the status of my car. My hiusebwas destroyed and that Kia Sportage moved a lot of the items out my house and into storage. As soon as I was told my car was totaled I knew I wanted a Kia. Ronnie was honest post-hurricane, understanding, and patient. The car buying process was seamless and my Kia Sorento is stunning! They worked on keeping my monthly payments and interest knowing I lost everything. I have recommended to everyone I have come across, including my priest.
What an amazing experience! My son found a car he wanted and we had financing through our credit union, however, they only do 90% loan to value. We walked in and told Matthew where we needed to be on price and he made it happen just like that. We had been told by 2 other local dealers that 90% was ridiculous and they couldn't meet us.
On a personal note, Matthew is an AMAZING person. He was responsive to our request and even drove the car to our mechanic to let him check everything out! He really went the extra mile, even coming in on his day off to seal the deal. I know other dealerships who think they are where relationships happen, but that was not the case, Honda of Bay County has my business from now on!
Dylan was very professional, courteous, and went out of his way to help us buy the truck we wanted. He made buying our truck a pleasant and easy experience. I would highly recommend him to anyone buying a new or used vehicle.
The staff is nice an courteous. I made an appointment an they got to my car right away. One thing that made my day at the Honda store more work was the staff I was working with did not know anything about cars. She stated this to me. She only reported to me what the mechanics told her. As far as I go I dont know as much about cars as I would like. So asking her opinion or asking about prices she could not really answer me. Having staff that know alot about cars would be the thing to have at a honda store since thats what people come their for.
Was looking for a chevy equinox and wanted to trade in my 05 cadillac deville base model. My car is in great to mint condition with 144,646 mileage everything stock as bought in 05 of showroom floor. But because I am a fry cook they seemed to believe that maybe I couldn't afford the car and tried to talk me into a number of cars I was not interested in. And I ended up leaving and not going any further than verbal discussions about cars I don't want. I'm sorry but part of sales and customer service is to make sure I'm happy regardless of your opinions on the matter. And I won't state the man's name because I'm sure he needs his job. But to you sir and anybody else on the staff that does this please remember I'm the customer and you should listen to me and what I want. Because I wasn't in the market for a car for you. I wanted the car that would make me happy. Not coat your pocket better or get the garbage of the lot To make you happy. So please listen to me.

I was not sure Bill Cramer GM would agree to clean up water stains on the back seat of my new truck. The stains were caused by another dealer 100 miles away when I bought the truck a week earlier. Service writer Mark Hunter contacted the other dealer and arranged to have the seat not just cleaned but replaced under warranty. It was an unexpectedly pleasant experience. Bill Cramer GM had not been able to match the truck selection or purchase price of the other dealer, but certainly was helpful with service.
Great customer service. Returning customer! All of the employees were very welcoming. Really appreciate our salesman Ronnie McBride he was awesome and very generous, kind, and helpful. I will continue my business at Bill Byrd Kia!
Needing too get in a decent ride. Was going to buy use car. Instead got a new car for the same price roughly as if i was going to get a use one for.Thanks for all the hard work to making this a good experience. Love my new car.

We recieved a preapproval to buy a new car, and we accepted the offer I was contacted via email by internet sales manager and referred to Dennis. From the moment we got there it was a very straightforward and painless process. We love our new 2018 Kia Soul!
Everyone was helpful and curtious. Reggie Hook was our salesman and he was very helpful in getting us a sub we could afford. The finance managerike went above and beyond to get us a pymt. that was also affordable. I'll go back again.
My experiences with Bill Bryd Kia have always been wonderful! The staff is great and they aim to please. Making not only my first but second time purchasing a Kia very pleasant. Mike helped me fine the perfect Kia and even went as far as accommodating my minor child, ensuring she was entertained throughout the process. Can't forget Reggie, he made sure my car was ready to roll off the lot when I was! He even came back the next day to take my car to get properly detailed ensuring that i had the total Kia experience. I was in today with the tire pressure indicator light on after putting air in tires. I was helped by a young service attendant by the name of “Q”. He was very polite and friendly and took care of me right away. This is exactly how a customer wants to be taken care of!! You should be very proud of this young man and he should be recognized for his customer service!!
Bill Byrd Kia is a great dealership for sales and service. They know my name and the service dept. keeps me worry free. They are knowledgeable and very friendly and I trust them to take care of my 2016 Forte. It is great to have them to depend on.
