2024 Kia Seltos review
We almost got in a wreck just now, the car in front of the car in front of US slammed on their breaks. Our Kia Seltos 2024 beeped and then my husband pushed the breaks...none of us hit each other!! Thank you, Kia!!!! It was scary, and I could tell our car noticed the sudden stop before we did!! Thank-you!!

2023 Kia Telluride review
This is followup to Tucker Dawg prior review. As noted the 2023 Tellurides came without a tow hitch or harness and none ever became available due recall issue on 2020 -2022 models. My dealership was able to retro fit 2022 hitch, then they paid to have an aftermarket electrical harness installed. And now I pull a 22 foot airstream camper ( 3800# weight ) and it works great! All in all very happy with car after 3 years and 26,000 miles. But if buy used, do be aware KIA never offered a factory hitch or harness.

Great customer service. My Kia Sportage drives very comfortably. Love the heated seats. Great for carrying large items cause you can put the back seats down.

2023 Kia Sorento Hybrid review
I've put 60k miles on my 2023 Sorento Hybrid and it's been solid. Only repair was a defective horn, covered under warranty. Maintenance has been very cheap, less than $1000 total (not including tires) for 60k miles! I average 33 mpg overall. I used this primarily for rideshare and got compliments on a daily basis on how nice the interior was. 10/10 recommend.

The wife found the Mitsubishi Outback she wanted, we headed to Della's. I walked in with my game face one and ready. We got to the trade and write up... they xxxxxx me off.. they too the game out of the equation. They gave a very fair trade value and the numbers great. I couldn't say anything.. I was dumbfounded..lol this was the best car buying experience ever had. Shoot i sold cars and I was pleasantly surprised.. shot out to the GM and my salesman..
2026 Kia Seltos review
I was somewhat disappointed at first, because I'd had my 2020 Kia Sportage for 6 years and absolutely loved it. I had no intention of purchasing another vehicle, because my Spotage was paid off and at my ageI really didn't want another vehicle or another car loan. Iwas having issues with the brake system and after taking my car to the Kia dealership twice, I was informed that my brakes were probably unrepairable or due to rust issues from Salt and snow it would be almost impossible to correct the issue. I was very upset, but ended up with my 2026 Kis Seltos. I couldn't figure out at first if I really liked my new vehicle, but after driving it to work for the past two weeks, I am very pleased. The gas milage alone is amazing, because I'm averaging 35 miles to a gallon, which with the AWD Sportage I was only averaging around 24 mpg. The interior in the Seltos is very nice and the seats being a nice cloth don't get as hot in b the summer weather here I n NC. I love the panel on the dash and all the features it has to offer. It has built in navigation, which is a big plus. The Seltos also has an automatic light system, which dims the light automatically from high beams to low and there are numerous other features that I haven't even figured out yet. The Seltos is paired with my phone and I get notifications when things like doors being unlocked right on my phone. I have automatic start which is also on my phone and this allows me to control the climate inside my car when it's very hot or very cold. There are several features the I'm very pleased with, even though I still miss my Sportage, my new Seltos is really an excellent vehicle and fun to drive.

Just a shout out to everyone at Della Kia of Plattsburgh, and my Service Representative Bradley Whitesell. As always, the service was great and Bradley made certain all my service needs were taken care of with a professional and positive attitude. Thank you all for making not only purchasing a vehicle from your dealership a great experience, the follw up service is great as well!
2025 Kia Sorento review
There is quite a bit to love about my 2025 Kia Sorento X Line. Great features, decent size navigation screen. However, I find the seat to be a bit uncomfortable due to the edging on the back of the seat with how it is curved. Also, I’m not sure exactly how long the paint job will last as my salesman did mention it’s not the best. My dealership wiped it clean instead of actually washing it before I took possession of it and this caused swirl marks all over it!

2023 Kia Seltos review
I had been driving a Kia Soul and loved it. I didn’t like giving it up at 150,000 miles but it was paid off and I was needing something new. My wife talked me into the Seltos. I drive over 100 miles each day and really like the gas mileage and performance. But, the best thing is that I can count on it being reliable. I would recommend a Kia to anyone,

We had a really great experience buying our 2024 Kia Telluride from Della Kia! We drove over from Vermont and are so glad we made the trip. I found the vehicle online, called ahead to confirm it was available, and spoke with Sebastien. Everything was exactly as expected when we arrived. The process was straightforward, convenient, and refreshingly low-pressure, and we received a very fair price. A special thank-you to Sebastien, who was kind, knowledgeable, honest, and incredibly easy to work with. He took the time to walk us through the Telluride, explain the features, and answer all our questions without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. I’ve never been happier after purchasing a vehicle — both because of the experience and because I absolutely love my Telluride! I’d highly recommend Della Kia, and especially Sebastien, to anyone looking for a great car-buying experience.
2024 Kia Telluride review
Have driven just over 20,000 miles so far. No issues. Drive between Clearwater and Gainesville regularly plus a couple other family trips and daily around town. Averages about 27 mpg at 75, quiet and pleasant ride. Trips were nice with good visibility front and back and plenty of room for stuff. Highly recommend.

I recently purchased a 2025 Outlander from Della Mitsubishi. The salesman was Michael Carter. He was very professional and personable and did everything he needed to do to make it as easy as possible for my wife and I to drive the car home the day we bought it. We were very satisfied with the experience.
2017 Kia Sorento review
I have owned a 2017 Kia Sorento EX 4-cylinder turbo with the Premium package for around seven years now, and have been impressed with the ride, the mileage (up to the high 20's on the highway-fully loaded!), and the durability of the interior. We have used it to snowbird to Fl every year. With the second seat down, the car has great storage capacity, and with the spare tire mounted underneath the car, and no third row seat, there is additional secure storage under the cargo mat. We bought the car used with around 24,000 miles with an extended warranty (up to 100,000 miles), and besides the routine brake and tire renewals, have had few issues, besides a transaxle that leaked and was replaced under the extended warranty. Kia has had issues with the 4-cylinder turbo engine (as had other car brands)! and, as a result, a few years ago extended the powertrain warranty for the engine from 100,000 to 150,000 miles. On the way back from FL. in May we noticed a loss in power, pulled off the highway near Columbia, SC and had the car towed to a Kia dealership on that Saturday evening. The short version here is that after renting a car and returning to NJ, we initiated discussions with the SC dealer to qualify our car for the 150k warranty, which after a week or two were successful. The engine was repaired and a new turbocharger, starter motor, and intake cylinder were also installed at no additional cost to us. We decided to have the car delivered back to NJ. The message here is that if you decide to purchase a used Kia with a 4-cylinder turbo engine, be sure to have the engine thoroughly evaluated, particularly if you are considering a vehicle with 100,000 miles or more. And, if you currently own one and the engine fails, be sure to maintain good service records, get your car diagnosed by Kia, and patiently prepare for a lengthy discussion with the upper Kia echelon to ensure that your repair is covered under warranty. Given the delay in the repair of our Sorento, we needed to purchase another Kia, here in NJ - a 2023 Telluride. We still own the 2017 Kia Sorento, and have it listed for 13,750 dollars on the Cars.com site. Given the engine improvements, it should provide many more miles to the new owner.

Had been checking out the new Mitsubishi Outlander sport for a while. Finally stopped in to get an appraisal for my Nissan Rogue. Within the hour they got back to me with my trade value. Highest 1 yet. Ended up purchasing a new Outlander sport. Very happy with the vehicle. Except for a few glitches. The deal went smoothly.

I bought my 2023 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport in June od 2026. The car had higher mileage than I wanted but the price was good and the car was in great shape. In October of the same year I found i needed new brakes, ouch. My sales man Mike Carter said he'd go to bat for me. I made no appointment just brought it up too I might add. Mike told me that there was no bill, said his boss didn't hesitate at all about the cost. I was so relieved. Thank you Mike and thank you to the great team that helped me get my car in and new brakes put on with no bill and no appointment in a few hours. You will always have my business. Diana Aintrazi

2022 Kia Sportage review
Excellent car ,no problems with 33 K miles. Rides quite and very solid. Interior seems to be top quality material. Radio is nice and great sound. No chips on exterior paint. Tires are exceptional. I hit some large holes in the roads and the tires are fine. Car has nice little features like dual sliding roof. There are other features like 4 different driving modes, lighted door handles on outside. There are other things. I will keep this for 2 more years.

I have the SX Prestige model and I love my car. I love just about everything about my car from the numerous tech feature to the huge dashboard. After two years of owning the vehicle, I’m still finding features that I never knew existed. If I had to think of two things that I hated most about this car, they would have to be the lack of power and the gas version and the sunroof controls other than that great car

2024 Kia EV9 review
One month into owning my EV9 and I can say I’m a happy customer, both for city use and highway road trips. The range is great, exterior design looks great, and I’ve been impressed with the technology and infotainment features. The map function is not great (I was used to the Android Automotive platform in my previous Polestar 2, which is best in class and apparently what Kia is now switching to next year) but everything else is excellent. No quality or performance issues at all - great initial build quality. Feels zippy, especially for such a large car. Plus, they have some amazing lease deals running right now, it’s an exceptional value.

This dealer is the bomb, I drove six hours to get to the dealership and the car that I drove to see was exactly how they described. Closed the deal within 1 hr. When I got home I looked for the wheel lock nut and it wasn’t there, went to dealer locally and bought one. Let unlimited motors know about the transaction and they refunded me for the part. Very, very satisfied with this dealershio
2024 Kia EV9 review
Ok, good car. Lots of great reviews online. We have a GT and let me say the biggest issue is technology. Tesla has set a high bar with customers. I expect EVs to fully integrate with mobile and to require less to do more. Kia is truly bombing here. Smart Key? About as difficult to setup as can be. Second Driver? It’s like Kia didn’t know the concept existed. Interconnected Experience? Kia Connect Reps don’t have my name or address, yet the app does? Online Experience, different architect, limited features, slow. It took two hours to get me and my wife setup. I gave up on the keys.
