Russ Darrow Kia of Wauwatosa review
During our recent visit to Russ Darrow Wauwatosa Kia to check out the pre-owned car options, I was lucky to be assisted by "Brianna Holbrook" —she was friendly, professional, and made the experience enjoyable. She was clearly invested in helping me find the right car from the very beginning, with patience and professionalism, they walked me through the vehicle’s history, specifications, and overall condition, addressing my queries with clear and honest responses, I especially appreciated their transparency about pricing and willingness to accommodate a test drive without pressure. Thanks to Brianna professionalism and friendly approach, I felt confident and well-informed throughout the process. Brianna Holbrook is an outstanding Sales & Leasing Consultant, and I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone seeking reliable and supportive service. The gorgeous Ford Edge SE is finally here! Huge Thanks to RUSS DARROW WAUWATOSA KIA.

Palmen Motors of Kenosha review
An amazing experience! Once arrived I was greeted and given a beverage of choice. Then since a majority of technical information was completed via online portals, was able to sit down and do “paperwork” for less than an hour. For one this made the part I dread the absolute most, an absolute breeze. In addition, I absolutely loved how there wasn’t any pressure to make the purchase or not. It was as if I was buying a car from family! I highly recommend this dealership and will be going here moving forward for future cars!

I wish I could give this dealership 10 stars! Our sales lady Melissa and also Mike made the buying process so easy and smooth. They got everything completed online for us. Charlie in finance was also the most amazing finance person we have ever worked with buying a car, he stayed in constant communication and answered any questions we had. Melissa even went out of her way to personally deliver our new car to us over 2 hours away. I will recommend this dealership to all my friends and family they gained a life long customer. Thank you to everyone there!

2023 Kia Carnival review
We have had our Carnival for about 6 months. I love it!! It is my favorite car ever and I was a Ford Explorer fan before. It is so comfortable and rides like a dream. We can comfortably carry 8 adults with no problems. It has plenty of power and still gets 25-27 MPG around town. The seating configuration is amazing the way they lay down or come out. Being able to see the back while driving is a definite plus, carrying grand babies. And it even becomes its own WiFi spot! The warranty is unbeatable and the service is so good. Highly recommend!!!

Russ Darrow Waukesha Kia review
Great place to make a great deal on a new Kia Seltos EX. All of the people working there were fabulous. They took that nasty, anxious edge of buying a car and tossed it right in the garbage 🗑️ Anna was a special lady and very informative and gracious to us. She answered all questions and helped iron out various small things along our journey at Russ Darrow in Waukesha. Best Deal Ben came alongside Anna and really helped to seal this deal for us. No problem or pressure for us at all. Anna listened to our story and empathized with us. She really helped us out. Shannon in finance was terrific and she went above and beyond to assist us, explaining different items and financing options for us. GREAT experience, please give Anna the Best salesperson award for at least the month of April 2024. Thanks again for the nice experience of buying from your dealership.

Palmen Motors of Kenosha review
Although I ultimately did not buy a car from this dealership, I was thankful for their assistance during my shopping process. My sales associate, Griffin, was extremely helpful - patiently answering my questions and providing me with information that I was looking for. Hopefully we'll be able to cross paths again sometime!

McGrath KiaReviews
McGrath Kia review
Jason Murley was the best salesperson we’ve worked with for buying our Kia Hybrid Sorento. We didn’t feel any pressure and he took a lot of time to answer our questions. We didn’t have good experience with McGrath auto in the past but he changed that experience to the best experience we had. He is highly recommended if you’re looking for Kia vehicles and is very knowledgeable and friendly and helpful.
