just bought a New Kia Telluride last Friday, and I want to say that I'm more than happy with all the staff at Napleton Kia of Elmurst who helped me with the purchase of my vehicle. Jose in sales was very helpful from start to finish, and Marco in financing answered all the questions that I had. The managers are professional and always making sure that we, as customers received good service and attention. I'm recommending this dealer to friends and family 10/10.

Ed Napleton Acura Kia review
Justin Hermansen delivered absolutely outstanding service during my oil change on May 11, 2026. From the moment I arrived, he was professional, courteous, attentive, and genuinely caring. In a world where customer service often feels rushed or impersonal, Justin went above and beyond to make me feel valued and respected. His kindness, patience, and attention to detail created an experience that was far beyond what I expected from a routine service appointment. During one of the most horrific times in my life, as I am grieving the murder of my daughter, this experience gave me a true sense of care and compassion that I desperately needed. Justin’s empathy and professionalism left a lasting impact on me. Sometimes the smallest acts of kindness can mean everything to someone carrying unimaginable pain, and that is exactly what this experience meant to me. Exceptional employees like Justin are rare. He represents the very best in customer service, and I cannot thank him enough for the compassion and outstanding care he showed me. I highly recommend Justin Hermansen to anyone seeking truly exceptional automotive service.

The sales women Joanna was very nice and attended us with care. However they couldn’t find the key the day we got the car, they later told us we would receive it 2 days after, it has now been almost 2 weeks since they said they would send it to us and I still haven’t received my key.

McGrath Kia Highland ParkReviews
McGrath Kia Highland Park review
My experience at Kia McGrath of Highland Park was truly exceptional from beginning to end. Buying a car can be stressful and overwhelming, but this experience was the complete opposite. I felt genuinely cared for, heard, and supported throughout the entire process. My salesperson, Danny, was absolutely wonderful. He is warm, patient, incredibly knowledgeable, and truly went above and beyond to help me find the perfect vehicle. He spent many hours with me, answering countless questions, walking me through different options, and making sure I never felt rushed or pressured. What stood out most was that Danny genuinely wanted to make sure I was happy with my decision. He took the time to understand what mattered to me and my family and helped me find the vehicle that was the right fit—not simply the easiest one to sell. His patience, professionalism, and kindness made such a huge difference, and I am so grateful for the time and care he invested in helping me. I also have to recognize Jason, the General Manager. Jason was absolutely amazing. It is rare to find a GM who is not only accessible and responsive, but also genuinely warm, kind, generous, and invested in making sure customers have an exceptional experience. He was reachable throughout the process and treated us with such respect and generosity. He made us feel valued rather than like just another transaction. His leadership and character were evident in every interaction, and it was clear that creating a positive experience for his customers truly mattered to him. The level of customer service we received from Danny, Jason, and the entire team at Kia McGrath of Highland Park was outstanding. They turned what could have been a stressful process into an experience that felt personal, positive, and genuinely enjoyable. If you are looking for a dealership where people actually take the time to listen, answer your questions, treat you with kindness and respect, and go above and beyond to help you find the right vehicle, I cannot recommend Kia McGrath of Highland Park highly enough. Danny and Jason made this experience unforgettable, and I am incredibly grateful for everything they did for us.

Service Advisor, Nicholas Moore went above and beyond. He asked probing questions about the issues I was having and he did a deep dive into my car history and found it was a known software issue. Bing, bang, boom! I was out in no time with my troubles behind me. I will recommend Nicholas anytime.

Service writer Fabian was very helpful and patient and gave me good advice. Warranty repair took about an hour and a half; had hoped it would have been shorter. Dealer did listen to my suggestion to turn down TV volume and it made waiting much nicer - thanks for that.
