Throughout the entire process, he stayed low-pressure, listened to what I was looking for, and made everything feel easy. He set clear expectations when we asked about the financing process, which ended up being smooth and straightforward. Before I left, he took the time to go over all the features and settings with me, which I really appreciated coming from a 2013 Mazda. He even followed up a week later to check in and see if I had any questions.
